Ornate Home Furniture and Mattress Reviews 

I drove from RSM to ornate to pick up 2 recliners they had advertised on sale. They had one in showroom only. The other was in warehouse in Buena Park. I ended up paying the $79 to have them shipped to my house which they arrived a week later. Good deal on the recliners and I like them. However if I’d known they didn’t have in stock, I would’ve save 2 hours and ordered on line.

The quality of the furniture high grade. We were extremely impressed with the selection and prices. Forget Wayfair or Amazon check these guys out. We drove from Santa Monica and we don’t regret it.

The easiest furniture purchase AND quickest delivery (CA to OR) I’ve ever experienced. Ozzy was knowledgeable and gave impeccable information. Delivery driver was polite, friendly and on time. Will definitely recommend Ornate and use again.

We ordered an item from you and it took MONTHS to get to us. Even when it was back in stock it took many weeks for anyone to ship it to us.

First the price was absolutely the best. The sales representees were very helpful. We loved the dresser and for allowing us to come down to pick up the package.

Every single sales person was horrible even the manager very very pushy called me multiple times trying to push the cell down my throat called me super early at 6 AM called me super late as of midnight
When I did finally purchase, they said it would be free delivery. Everything would be great, but then they decided to only do it as at your door delivery so I had to un box and do everything myself. I told him to cancel it. We agreed upon, and then finally they came in put the Website in my house

1: Lack of personnel.- One man cannot be helping two customer at the same time.
2:Lack of communication between store and warehouse. I was not informed the warehouse closed Sunday.

Amazing couches!!! SoOo comfortable plush & beautiful color!! I’m obsessed with these beautiful + comfort. My kids love them, all 3 slept on them last night. I bought 3 lounge chairs for my living room, with 2 ottoman’s. Also bought 1 lounge chair for my piano room. We couldn’t be happier.🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🎵🎵

Shipping took several weeks. Lack of communication. No sense of urgency. Can definitely find cheaper prices elsewhere.

The only reason my rating is a 4 is because I had to reach out to find out when my shipment would arrive after waiting sometime. Once I did reach out, they were very responsive. Got my shipment and I am happy!

I was honestly fooled by the review on this site . I bought a couch from them and didn’t get the couch and my money back. This is a scam site pls don’t fall for all this fake reviews on here . They are scammers. Be careful guys. Have tried to get any response but unsuccessful.

Great communication and quick shipping.

We got a nice sideboard but not the one we ordered. They informed us after placing the order that it was out of stock. Nonetheless, the staff was very cordial and responded to all the inquiries. Will definitely buy again from them given their response and the prices.

The furniture is of good quality. Delivery was delayed and we're still waiting to find out the reason why. Hence, customer service could see improvement.
