always good quality products

The initial order was sent in an envelope.
It was a fairly large glass ornament and was smashed to bits.
Another was sent out at my request in a sturdy box, but arrived after Christmas.
Customer service was friendly in their email response and mailed the replacement quickly

I ordered two personalized ornaments from the Ornament Shop. One arrived with a flaw, and after informing them and providing a photo, a replacement was sent. Item arrived in time for Christmas. They were very responsive and easy to work with.

I ordered 2 ornaments this year. One was a graduation ornament and the writing was not centered; the other was a boy at a computer --the computer was broken off. The packaging for both was not good--just laying in the envelope --no bubble wrap around them and not inside the red velvet bags. I asked for the first one to be redone with the writing--no response to that. They sent me a second ornament with the computer--and it was broken off in the same place. I complained again that it was not wrapped securely and was in a plastic envelope. They refunded my money. Very disappointing. I have ordered many ornaments from this company over the years. The quality was not as good this year and the attention to detail was limited. I don't understand why the writing was not centered and was bunched up as they were running out of room. I cannot understand why they didn't wrap the ornaments well since they are not in sturdy boxes for protection. Where is the quality control? Unfortunately, I did not have time to order ornaments from another vendor. I don't think I will order any more from them until the quality picks up.

I ordered a hanging tree ornament but got a standing picture type ornament. I never asked about why I got the wrong thing but I have a 21 year tradition of getting a family ornament to hang on the tree and did not get to do that this year. Not sure what happened. Also some of the names were smudged

Over half the ornaments arrived broken and when replaced over half again arrived broken.
The packing is terrible.
This is a disgrace for the price.

I ordered 3 ornaments to take for Christmas out of town. All 3 were misspelled! I told them that corrections would need expedited shipping for me to get the correct ones before departure. They did not arrive until I was out of town. I will not be using this company again.

I like the finished product, however the design is very delicate and susceptible to breakage at the top of the ornament at the loop to hang on the tree. I believe 4 of the 5 ornaments were broken at this point when I received them. When the original batch was shipped they were packaged in very cheap bubble wrap which led to the breakage. I pointed out that these ornaments must be wrapped in bubble AND shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. I complained after receiving the damaged goods and the staff replaced the damaged ornaments before Christmas. That was good. However I doubt that we will repeat this purchase in the years ahead (which is what I had hoped to do).

I have been buying ornaments fro Ornament Shop for quite some time. I hope to continue to do so. They have replaced items and have taken great care of me. Our family looks forward to receiving it's yearly gift.♥️👍

Product was excellent and precisely as expected. However, the first delivery went to the wrong address and the second delivery was damaged (broken glass). The follow-up (free replacements) was timely in both instances, however.

Ornament arrived broken was replaced immediately which was really appreciated.

After our initial order was received (we received an empty, damaged envelope), I contacted customer support. I stated I would like the order reshipped if it would arrive in time for Christmas. If not they could refund my money. Less than a week later I received my beautiful ornaments, exactly as ordered and in plenty of time. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I received an ornament that was broke in half. I notified them and received a new day before Christmas, in time for family celebration. Thank you

Was sent an order with no personalization that I had ordered. I was sent the correct order very quickly. However the frustrating part was it took me a week to get ahold of anyone. The email on the order page was incorrect or just did not work and no one answered the phone. They were Christmas ornaments, so time was important

Sent in a picture for an ornament. The back -which came out fine. The front of it was peeling, and they could not fit the second word for the school that I wanted.
So I emailed the company, sent in a picture of the ornament, they happily refunded it, and sent another ornament. However, the second ornament they still did not fix with the second word. When I told them about the product the first time, I wrote them and said if you could not fit the second word-just put the first word for the schools name.

I was not happy with how they could just leave half of a word on the ornament. It was for a Christmas gift, however, my niece was ok with it-she did not care after I told her what had happened.

Another ornament I purchased I thought I could hang on the tree turned out to be very very heavy… This was also for her, she did not care, however she said she will just use it for her desk with a picture in it…

My first order was lost, supposedly! Had a terrible time contacting anyone! Reordered, 2 of the ornaments were not available. When I finally received my order, the ornaments were just thrown in the box & 2 of them were damaged! Never again & would not recommend!

The personalized ornament arrived with the year 202. I was disappointed that the only way to contact the company was through email. I thought for sure it wouldn't be remedied in time.
Thankfully the company reached out the next day and sent an expedited replacement with the correct date and it arrived two days before Christmas !

I ordered two ornaments. A mailer arrived, but one whole side was not sealed, and therefore, no ornaments. I got in touch with the Ornament Shop right away. They asked for pictures and an explanation. They mailed out two new ones very quickly. I wish I was having that quality of customer service with some other companies I have had to contact lately. Thank you Ornament Shop!

When I received my ornament broken, I searched website for a long time and could not find any way to contact your company about my issue. I read some reviews and a form was attached to a comment with same issue. I had to copy the form and enter my own info. It should not be so hard to contact your company!! How about a phone number?!?! I did receive a new replacement ornament just in time for Christmas which I am thankful for.

Very nice ornament. I received my ornament with a broken arm. It was replaced promptly with a new one.
