The upload of medical documents and their automatic recognition is (almost) perfect. Nearly all blood markers are recognized. I tried it as a picture, scanned or as pdf. This is really working fine and saves a lot of time.
Also the reference materials and the push messages about any change in bio markers is very helpful.

I find this app very useful
I find this app very useful, as it helps me conveniently collect and organize all my medical reports.
What I am missing, however, is an export function for my data, for example as a CSV file. That would make the app perfect.

Useful app
I find the app extremely useful if you are trying to improve your blood work. It has nice graphs to track progress and tips about what might have influenced the current value. I have also used AI analysis and a consultation with a doctor about my values through the app. Both were useful and provided additional advice. Recommendation!

Really great experience of uploading and recognition of markers, fast & smooth. But really hard to get the original documents that had beed uploaded in the cloud. If you want to do it fast, documents are not visible and theres no estimated time to get it to be able to view. The rest is excellent

I can’t stress this enough, do not waste your money or time. i paid $69.99 for what? i could get all of my information from my health app, and if i wanted a meal plan i’d search one up. it was advertised to help with weight loss, but you have to pay an additional $22 for a workout plan.

They are still refusing to give me my money back.
If I could give this service zero stars I would. I saw an advertisement on social media and I really wanted to try the service since it looked really good. After signing up paying $29.99 I realized that what was portrayed in the ad on social was not accurate to what using the app is actually like. So I never used it the app only for that one day. I tried requesting a refund and canceling through the app but I never received a confirmation. On 4/30 I was charged $69.99 out of no where.
When I reached out to customer service they denied my refund. I am being forced to pay for a service that I cannot use and I have zero intention to use. They are ripping people off with their ridiculous policy. That is how they make money. This company does not want to help people with their health. Ornament simply want’s to scam the public out of money. I don’t recommend this service.

Rename your app to SCAM would be best
Great if you're looking to engage a scam and fraud. The clickbait ads somehow sign you into a 12 month subscription before you've received their PDF document for a "health plan" which isn't personalised. Archaic considering you're meant to download their app. If i wanted a health plan in PDF, I'd use ChatGPT. I reached out to query why I had another expense, when I only wanted to sign up for the 14 day trial within the first 24 hours. They send me templated scripts to basically get them out of refunds, despite their ads promoting money back guarantee. False advertising. ACCC should shut these scammy online businesses down. Still waiting on a resolution, but won't hold my breath.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not use this worthless company.
I decided to try out the app after an advertisement. First of all you don't get any of the benefits it advertises unless you go premium
I cancelled by emailing them and asking for a refund.
I think I have sent them about 4 emails because they keep ignoring what I am saying either that or their customer support team can't read English
I feel like I am going around in circles with them all to just cancel by subscription (which doesn't make it obvious it is a subscription when you are signing up) and get a refund!!!

Best spent money on an app!
I have been a user for many years keeping mine and my family’s examinations.
No need to send a ton of papers to the doctor just show on the app or just a link of the examinations along with a history of examinations of the past years. In at least two serious cases the doctors asked me to see the historical record of them, backed up by the e photos of course with just a click.
I would love to be able to save examinations that I have on cd’s. Hope to see that feature someday.

Not what they advertise
In Canada, we have a contract law that allows 10 days to change your mind. Apparently, if you are in the business of ripping people off online, your own company policy can ignore it. Whatever. I will continue to tell everyone I meet to NEVER trust this company as they are falsely advertising a product that does not deliver anything other than an app that tries to sell me lab tests.
I purchased and downloaded this app. After trying to set it up, I realized this is not what I understood in the advertising. Immediately provided copy of receipt, cancelled subscription and requested refund. Apparently, I needed to prove that it was not working by using it for 14 days and sending screen shots? Wtf? Why can't these scamsters just stop ripping people off? It's just like returning an unused item to a retailer. It's not right, take it back and refund me!

Like another person stated. I quickly realized this wasn’t for me after signing up for the free trial. I was then charged $70 as a renewal and they are refusing to give me my money back despite this fact. My “renewal” started yesterday, the day I asked for the refund, and they still refuse it.
