Picked English, but half of the error messages and some menu items are in another language. Annoying and a bit confusing when something goes wrong.

I ordered a nail polish from Orly and somehow managed to leave the number out of my address so it obviously did not get delivered. I got in touch to see if I could get another sent to me and Eve sorted everything out for me straight away.

As soon as it got returned to the warehouse she sent it out to me without charging me for postage a second time even though it was 100% an error on my part.

I ordered the beautiful Spring 2022 collection from Orly, along with another product. When my parcel arrived (less than 48 hours later), an item was missing. I contacted their Customer Services late Friday afternoon when I received my parcel to advise of the oversight and I received a full, prompt reply before 9:00am on Monday!
I was advised the missing item would be sent, ( which I have received today, Tuesday).
Orly's customer service is beyond reproach; absolutely FABULOUSLY, First Class, No Nonsense, No Quibble, PROFESSIONAL people. Thank you Sophie and the Customer Service team- it's lovely, and so refreshing when you encounter proactive people who take a pride in what they do.
