At last a resolution.
So.. after 3 months of wrangling ending with a threat that would have made Donald Trump blush, I finally got my refund from Orlivia.
They tried every excuse in the book including “ my tracking number didn’t match theirs as a final squirm.
I had a hissy fit and threatened them with regime change and existential obliteration and suddenly my refund popped up!
Funny,that.
This is my last word on the subject.
Untrustworthy Chinese rip off company posing as a quality European house.
Don’t touch them with a Chinese disinfected bamboo barge pole!

The fabric is not as stretchy as described. Mine ripped as soon as I put them on. It took several emails to organise a refund and the order number showed not recognised. No response from Orlivia since. Not replying to emails. I do not recommend at all. Very disappointed and hate leaving a bad review but unfortunately that was my experience

Orlivia is not an Italian company, it is chinese and pour qualité, after few washes, the cotton stitch gives up and they look poorly.
Plus I had a very poor experience with them, I have ordered for the second time a set which I did dot like and asked for an exchange, they send me the wrong size and I had to prove it by taking pictures of each culottes together to show the size difference .
At the end I gave up and swear to never buy online anymore!

Not to be trusted! Even though they ship from Germany and talk about Italy, these are pure Chinese products. As a consequence the sizes are not adapted at all and you’ll have to return the items at your own expenses. I was asked 18€ to return the order from Belgium to France. I paid 50€ while on Amazon the exactly same products are sold at 30! The customer service is not reactive at all and not understanding. So, if you don’t care about the planet (which would be such a pity) buy these Taiwanese products from Amazon! At least, you’ll be able to return the tiny items…

I paid for the product and have not received it yet. A message was sent saying that they came to my house, but this did not happen. They demanded that I pay for the shipping, which was not agreed upon, and to enter my card number again. And till now i didn't receive my shipment yet.
I send them to inform me when the delivery date is ........ no response ?????

I’m very happy with my purchase. They are very comfortable with lots of stretch.
My only problem is that I feel the gusset could be larger, for a size 44 knicker I feel like I got the size 38 gusset.
They are a little pricey too.
