I ordered two tops from this site. Charged for them and have not received product and it has been three months.

I placed an order at the beginning of May. I received an acknowledgment and my credit card was promptly charged. After that, crickets. . . . When a month later I finally found an email address that worked to cancel the order, it was to no avail. I’ve received a series of Chatbot excuses with illiterate offers for further discounts. Such a flagrant scam!

This is a scam shop where customers are cheated out of their money. I was buying a robot vacuum cleaner and litter boxes and lost over 500 dollars.

You place an order, receive an invoice without VAT, and then a shipping confirmation. However, they only send a pseudo-package to Canada from America just to give you hope and play on time and camouflage the scam. You just see the size and the delivery address of the USPS package after it was delivered about two weeks later.

Never seen such a professional fraud. The even answer chats and emails on time.
Once it’s clear that the package was never actually sent to your address (Europe/Austria), but rather to a P.O. box in Canada, no one responds in the chat or via email anymore.

No one is reachable, and the money is gone. Shut down this shop immediately. Or report it here that people don't lose there money. A police report has been filed.
