The Windsor Palms Resort is a great place to stay for a visit to Orlando. It is well located for the parks and the pool area and sports facilities are great. The shop is fine but expensive for the limited food stock on offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. The villa that we stayed in was great- lovely patio area and pool with barbecue and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook if eating in. Big bathrooms and a garage converted to a large games room. The grounds are well maintained. Not to far from many places to eat out and about 10-15 minutes away from Celebration which has a lovely high street around the lake with cafes/restaurants. We had a fantastic family holiday in Florida!

We stayed in a five bedroom villa at Windsor Palms. Our villa was delightful, lovely and clean and very well fitted out with plenty of everything you might need. It was really close to all the parks. The staff at the agents were extremely helpful. It was a little bit disconcerting though,arriving after the office had closed and hoping that the code you were given was going to work and that you would be able to get your key. But of course it did.
It would be good if Orlando Villas had a booking form stating arrival date and departure date, as I initially got a bit muddled up with the number of nights we were staying,
All round a good experience and I would definitely recommend staying there.

The villa was excellent really clean, value for money and homely. Location was also fantastic and would certainly recommend to potential customers. We will be booking again very soon.

From booking to our return, everything was simple and easy. The villas are priced very competitively and it was lovely. The management company were excellent too. Book with confidence. We would use this company again without hesitation

Third time with Orlando direct can not fault them keep it up

We visited Orlando in Sep-Oct 2015 and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Orlando Villas Direct again in the future. We were on a tighter budget than usual for this holiday and as they are not ATOL bonded, their prices are quite a bit cheaper. This did worry me a little, so I did a bit of research into the company before booking. I have to say we were very happy with the service and accommodation. If you are on a smaller budget then you will certainly get a good deal here, especially if you opt for allocated on arrival. Just make sure you pay your deposit (say £50) with a credit card and this will give you 100% protection on the full cost of the villa, even if you pay the rest with a debit card. We go to the USA quite often and I would have no hesitation in using Orlando Villas again in the future.

We got home about a month ago from our amazing, incredible, fantastic, wicked 1st trip to Orlando with our two girls. We'd been planning the holiday for the last four years and couldn't hold it off any longer!

We did the usual stuff including Disney, Disney & did I mention Disney? The girls (6 & 8 years) are now well and truly Princess'ed out and my husband & I have some fantastic memories of our time there together with 1000's of photo's to trawl through now we're home! Eeeeek!

We booked our resort package through Orlando Villas Direct and dealt with one of the Team called Oliver. He was polite, professional and had a great sense of humour to boot!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the resorts in the areas around Orlando and helped us find the perfect "home from home" villa for our family. Oliver got it "spot on" and couldn't do enough for us from start to finish.

The car hire was simple (we got a better car than we expected, which was a bonus). The resort itself was gorgeous and very nicely laid out, with a great selection of really reasonably priced family restaurants close by.

Our villa was lovely! It was a clean, very modern, spacious 4 bed, with 4 baths, our own private pool, including a child safety net around the whole pool area, there was a great kitchen and a huge garage/playroom with pool table, table football etc. this proved to be great fun once the girls were in bed!

The villa was in a quiet cul de sac location, yet still convenient for all the parks, which we made full use of during our stay. We had the holiday of a lifetime and can't wait to go again!! We would have no hesitation in recommending Orlando Villas Direct to our friends and family and would most certainly use them again in the future. Thanks Oliver : )

We've just returned from a brilliant family holiday in Orlando and I have to say that our accommodation made a fantastic holiday even more special!

Orlando Villas Direct have a great selection of properties and the website was easy to use, with helpful property information and photos. Booking was easy and the service was excellent from start to finish. .

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, which we'd been a bit worried about, but there was no need. The staff were expecting us and proved both helpful and informative.

When we arrived at our villa we were so happy. Six bedrooms, four of them en suite, all beautifully decorated and spacious and all the beds were so comfortable! Lots of towels and linen and a fantastically equipped kitchen. TVs in all of the bedrooms and a separate lounge for the kids! The wifi and aircon were ery effieient. We had a small private pool which was maintained once a week.

The villa location was good too - close to a club house and great pools and with a great selection of restaurants within a short drive. The Disney Parks were easily accessed too.

We decided to extend our stay by a couple of days and this was quickly and efficiently organised by Orlando Villas Direct.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Orlando Vilas Direct and I'll definitely use them again if I return to Orlando. .

Having never been to Orlando before we enlisted the help of the professionals at Orlando Villas Direct to provide some guidance on location and property type. A young, friendly gentleman by the name of Oliver was more than happy to assist in our search and was able to provided a variety of properties from which to choose from. We eventually settled for a large, spacious family villa on a new development just West of Kissimmee, close to the I4. My family and I were planning on doing the parks, and thus wanted to be close to Disney, but at the same time we didn't want to be somewhere too busy - the villa we opted for ticked both of these boxes. Check in on arrival was seamless and the villa was clean, well appointed and offered fantastic value for money. We will definitely be using Orlando Villas Direct again and we have even recommended them to friends of ours who are planning a trip to Orlando next Easter.

Googled searched villas for hire in Florida & Orlando Villas Direct came up. Made an enquiry online & within the day received a phone call, the gentleman introduced himself talked about the company & booking procedures. Was straight forward & making payments online was easy. All details about the villa & collecting details came 2 weeks before our departure. All in all a good experience, villa was lovely & spacious. Would book through Orlando villas direct again.

When you're going to travel '000s of miles, with a young family, and arrive at your villa after business hours, you need to rely on your agent to make sure everything is in place for your arrival. So, it's with a certain degree of trepidation and some back-up hotel options that we set off.

Would the directions be straight forward, would the local agent have your booking details and have easy arrangements for picking up the keys after business hours? We've had bad experiences in the past when making bookings in France, let alone in Florida, from big household names. But, we needn't have been concerned. The information pack contained everything we needed, right down to the very specifics of how and where to get the keys, what to do if we had any issues and how to find the villa once we'd got the details from the local agent. All 100% accurate.

The villa was exactly as specified and if we're totally honest, was even better than the pictures and description. It was a great base for our theme park vacation (Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal and Kennedy) and everyone had a fantastic time knowing we had somewhere comfortable to go home to in the evenings.

Orlando Villas Direct made it almost too easy for us and represented great service and value for money too. We'll definitely look at them as our first choice for villas in Orlando again.

Our family went to Florida this summer after 5 years of camping so we were extremely excited - and we weren't disappointed! We booked with Orlando Villas Direct and it was very easy, we received all the relevant information before we went. The Virgin flights were excellent and car hire collection wasn't too bad. Some car hire desks had horrendous queues! The Villa didn't disappoint either. It was amazing and had everything as the website had described. After long days at the Parks, it was great to be able to come back and relax to such a convenient location and in such comfort. The kids fell in love with the pool and often swam before we went out and when we got back! It was a big holiday for us and it was perfect. We don't have any plans to return to Orlando (yet) but if we did, we would happily use Orlando Villas Direct again.

Had a first class holiday - the Villa was allocated on arrival and was clean and comfortable. The process of booking, checking in at the office and getting into the Villa itself was simple and was efficiently handled. No complaints at all from us.

From the start they were very helpful and readily available with advice both online and directly on the phone. Very professional and friendly and when I explained our need to keep 4 active children of varying ages entertained and well fed whilst allowing adults some rest and recuperation, they recommended a villa in Champions Gate which was very near the clubhouse. It turned out to be an ideal location - great facilities and great value food - and very near to the Orlando/Tampa road with really quick access to Disney, Universal and Busch Gardens and the shopping malls! Getting around was much quicker and easier than we had anticipated.

They also organised our car hire which went without a hitch - despite having to make various changes as my wife and I flew into Miami, whilst the rest of our group went through Orlando.

As it turned out both the accommodation and the car hire were less than I had originally budgeted for so I was very pleased with everything Orlando Villas Direct did for my family. We had a really great break and will use them again when we re-visit Florida in a few years time.

The chap I spoke to on the phone (Simon I think) guided me through everything I needed as this was our families first time in Orlando. There were 11 of us ranging from 4 years old up to 65 so needed a little bit of everything. We were recommended a villa on Champions Gate as it offered big homes with a separate lounge for the kids and it had it's own clubhouse, pool, bar and restaurant. I went away and looked into the development some more and after some price comparing these guys not only seemed to know their stuff but they were cheaper by about £200 from anyone else I could find.

So taking their recommendation we stayed in a 6 bedroom villa and all I can say is "it was perfect". After a 9 hour flight and an hour getting away from the airport the pool was a very welcome sight and we we all in there in less than ten minutes of arriving! The villa had everything we needed and the air conditioned games room was perfect for a wind down before bed time.

We did theme parks pretty much solidly for the first four days before we finally got time to walk over to the clubhouse and use the facilities there and we were definitely not disappointed. My personal favourite was floating round the lazy river in a rubber ring sipping a freshly made cocktail, absolute heaven. And the restaurant there does some great food for very reasonable prices, massive bowl of chilli for less than $5.

And finally location wise, it was so handy for us. The development has four separate entrances, including one that is less than five minutes from the I4. We went in the last 2 weeks of August and even during this peak holiday time we timed it one day and we got off the Kali River Rapids at Animal Kingdom and were back at the villa in less than half an hour. Eating out there are loads of restaurants on the 192 all less than 10 minutes away and a Publix supermarket and Chillis are less than 5 minutes away.

I don't normally write reviews as it always seems like a hassle but I cannot recommend these guys and Champions Gate highly enough.

We booked through Orlando Villas Direct recently and enjoyed what can only be described as a magical family holiday and can't wait to return. The staff at Orlando Villas Direct were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Orlando itself and having never been before it helped us enormously when trying to pick the right accommodation in the right area.

We stayed at Highgate Park in a 4 star plus villa. The villa and development were perfect and the management company were incredibly helpful. It was nice and quiet and also an easy drive to the parks and local shops / restaurants. I would recommend Orlando itself and would definitely recommend booking with Orlando Villas Direct.

My wife was not happy booking a villa unseen despite the fact that she has booked hotels in this way, for a few years very successfully.
Our service pre booking was absolutely superb, especially as i had to call for specific requirements which couldn't be done directly online.

Everything was arranged, an executive 4 bed villa (we actually only needed 2 rooms but this was not available the time), guaranteed internet and a location specified or as close as possible to the area.

We were happy.

We arrived in February very early afternoon, so we knew we would get the rest of the day once we had got to the villa. Easily found our way to the Management office, and were greeted personablly by the staff. Filled in all the forms although one had not been done correctly, but easily adjusted. and we were given directions to our Villa. We set off and drove and drove to the point that we felt we had gone too far. We couldn't find the road to turn, after a considerable time we found what seemed to be the correct place, and turned onto this fantastic golf estate with surrounding villas, however the directions seemed a little vague, We drove around the complex and found the address and a half built house!!. At this point it was a mad dash back to the management office before they closed. Just managed it and found they had indeed given us the wrong address..
Correct address in hand we drove back.............only to find the actual address was further out than the previous one.
This was clearly not in our requirement brief. being just 2 miles from Haines City.
This meant a long drive on a daily basis to the attractions, something we had wished to avoid.

The Villa itself was in a peculiar half built estate, which actually looked like a project that had come to a close due to lack of funds. Half way through our stay, there was a sudden commencement of building works with houses and buildings starting to be constructed on the site.

The Villa itself, was a large enough house, (too big for us but that wasn't really an issue) slightly strange design in its layout, but adequate. It had washer and dryer facility which was used, but it was not what we expected as an executive property to be. The furniture was a little tired, and there were not sufficient sheets for changes, washing could be done , but because we were hardly in the property due to distance and travel time,we could not do the washing as much as we would have liked, so we actually changed rooms !.

Everything you needed was on hand , but the location meant a travel to find groceries, a problem we solved by stopping at places on our way home, to stock up.

We couldn't really make a complaint whilst we were there as the distance from the management office was too great and took us off route to getting to where we were going to on any given day. However all problems have been addressed and resolved on return

I definitely recommend the company for rental, but doing a mystery rental may not always be such a good idea, given the distances in Orlando.
