Half my order was missing…
Half my order was missing which was annoying, i sent an email and was sent a reply pretty much instantly, the issue was fixed and the rest of my order sent out. Customer service was excellent. Products are also excellent. I'm lucky i still had the box my order came in which had the items id received listed.

Product in a bag not a bucket!
The product is good and delivery was good but I was expecting a 5kg resealable bucket and I received a plastic bag that might be resealable.

Teeny weeny towel warmer
The item arrived on time...I've only had it a few days so my relationship with it is still in its infancy....!
It fits the space I had in mind for it perfectly and one observation is that it gets much hotter than I was expecting it to...not an entirely bad thing...but tongs needed to take a towel out.

The warmer is a great product and yes, it still heats up a lot....good bang for my bucks!
