Not received item 😕 wont give me shipping details

Worst service ever, order was nothing like described, slow to reply to email! Dutch Customer service number goes to answer phone! Need to print return form and fill it out and return to China!! Postage took almost 1 month to arrive and very poor quality and to top if off I need to pay to return the suit!

There is no actual tracking, it just says in processing even after 2 weeks of purchase.
Mail them and there is no response, cant say when the item will arrive nor can cancel the purchase.
All the items have the same review comments, you cant even comment in their website.
A total bogus company. Haven't received the item yet, but for sure it may be of low quality item.

My order took over 2 weeks and I didnt know that originally, I emailed 3 times to request a refund was offered partial i emailed again to say please how do i send the bag back still no response.. still waiting.

Only gave one star as no other option, item was not as described and ive been emailing them for a week and no reply from them, I will never buy from this site again and would advise that no one else does

Terrible! Is this company just a scam? Yet to receive my order. Tracker is frozen. No replies to emails sent. The email address to contact them with queries - that they put on their confirmation of order message - does not exist. Avoid at all costs as you will receive no goods and lose your money. Shocking!

Not arrived so very difficult to say what I think of it! The date I needed it for has passed so I can’t exactly feel positive about this company

I never received my order, poor customer service. This website are scams, I paid £75 never received but they said is being delivery

No update on order after 12 days just avoid at all cost

Been waiting a week and it only says label created. Hopefully it’ll arrive next week or so…. Not good.

Scam Scam Scam, they will show the delivery date within two three days, but after I purchase the product it's been 1 week nothing updated on tracking other than "shipping label received". No reply from Customer service at all. Please ignore this company. ***12th July edition and update - still waiting for the package and shipment not yet updates since it's original date. The jacket is totally out of proportion. The sleeves are short and the body is insanely long, which is not at all how the pictures showed it. Delivery took ages. Such a disappointment.

Scam....I received after 2 weeks and definitely not I expect, is a shit Chinese material...and now I want to request a return but they don't answer is a worse online company!!!

Can’t recommend , very bad quality, absolute lie , poor quality products nothing like advertised, large size is like small or even xsmall , colour came instead of beige, arrived yellow, disaster , delivery waiting times are weeks but that wouldn’t be critical if the product would be so bad quality and not as advertised, requested a refund straight away, very frustrating

Would give ZERO if it was possible. Company is a scam. Tracking information is no existence. No response to emails sent for info and support. Item states delivery 2-4 days yet I am still awaiting item after 2 weeks. From now reading other reviews it appears this company is a scam

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I have a feeling this online shop is non existent. The nerve, I haven’t received my order and you are asking for review. There has been no communication whatsoever, I ordered on the 16th of June, till now I haven’t received my order, I had to buy from another shop otherwise my son would have missed his prom.

Please refund my money, I don’t need the suit anymore.

The address on the website is the Netherlands but this scam of a business is obviously in China.

Please do not order from them, you never receive your item. Total SCAM!!!!!!
