I have been dealing with Luke in regards to his order placed with ourselves, he was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He helped me efficiently and quickly.

We decided to approach Orion based on good reviews and that they are very local to us. We like to support local companies when possible. Luke designed the new kitchen based on our  ideas and came up with a great layout that maximised the space in our relatively small kitchen. The Symphony range we selected is a great quality product being both stylish and functional. Dave and Sam carried out the installation over a ten day period. They made the process as painless as possible leaving the area as clean as possible at the end of each day. There were a couple of hiccups (first built in microwave delivered was faulty and a worktop arrived damaged) but nothing serious. The finished article is superb and we are delighted with our new kitchen. I would recommend Orion Interiors.

Absolutely appalling service! I received a faulty product and asked for a replacement or refund they denied both and said I was to blame. Their a complete joke and I am stuck needing to raise fraud claims against them. Don't do business with them you will end up of pocket with leaky products.

When I spoke to Orion Interiors on the phone Saturday 14/02/2026 (the day after install), I discribed that up on opening the parcel and found no documentation in the box and a small defect on the manifold top connection. A lose part of thread, which was also a bit dinted.

Due to the fact I needed to get the vessel fitted straight away and did not have tome to waste, it was done as soon as possible as it should'nt be an issue (hopefully)but no matter what I tried there was a leak.

Tricks of the trade tried where; 5 turns of PTFE tape instead of thr normal 3 and Furnox Leak Sealer.

Orion Interiors did not want to take this matter on board and started saying they are closing in a few mins and need to raise with the manufacturer and wanted to know about my resume. They said that because I am not a plumber it must be an install problem and that they was not going to do anything about it. I mentioned you don't need to be a plumber to install and screw fitting BSP and that there are such things as product defects.

I later went to Toolstation and purchased the same product from them and fitted it the same day, no leaks around from this as this product did not have any defects.

Monday 16/02/2026 Orian Interiors have said the same as on Saturday and blamed me for a bad install and that they are not going to do anything about it.

Such a simple problem made in to a nightmare, I'm glad I didn't spend hundreds.

It was clear from the pictures that the defect was there before install but as you can see this company deny any such data exists.
To note pictures was provided of the product before and after install. The before clearly showing defects in the product. However I don't see a way of adding them to this review.

Great service and quick response. We only needed a small kitchen job doing, but the team were really helpful and got the job done quickly.

Orion Interiors, go above and beyond to help, they dropped off cable on their way home which i needed first thing the following morning for a job, free of charge and the cable was cheaper than Screwfix.

It was a fantastic experience had buns and coffee on offer as well has plumbing equipment . Only problem I could see is there are no custard cream biscuits
