Well-designed products with strong customer support
I discovered the brand on Instagram (no influencer, only aesthetic-based algorithm) because I loved the visuals - bold colors and prints, vibrant urban lifestyle, and a warm spirit. It made me feel this brand speaks to me. When I received the goods (fast delivery), they are just as pictured, well-made and thoughtfully designed. The many pockets on backpacks, crossbody bags and duffel bags get a thumbs up for me, as I like to keep things organized. I did have to return one thing due to size, but the customer service was so good - both human response and return portal navigation - I ended up exchanging it for something else instead of just a return.

Hasn’t been delivered yet…..
It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for the bag I ordered. According to the tracking number I was given, it has not been picked up by the delivery service. Upon reaching out to customer service I was told it had been picked up by the carrier so I couldn’t cancel my order (even though the tracking number I have says otherwise). I have to wait another week before I can request a refund. Overall not a great first experience with this company.

It appears that the shipment missed a scan when it was handed over to the carrier, which is why the tracking did not show the expected updates. Unfortunately, we’ve now checked our system and can see that the order is showing as undeliverable. We’re unable to confirm the reason, as there’s no further explanation provided in the tracking information.
