This is the third TRT company I’ve been with and Ritchie and the Origin team really have nailed it. There’s no pressure, no B.S, just plain old great advise and common sense.
The initial process couldn’t be more straightforward - blood test, doctor review, protocol discussion, Origin pack sent out.
Not only is it simplistic, it’s excellent value for money. There’s a package level to suit all budgets from “all in” which is bloods, meds and consumables (needles/needle bin/wipes) down to meds only.
What you get regardless of package is the respect from the team as an individual and not just a cash cow. It’s really refreshing.
As an old saying went “I liked it so much I bought the company” well, if I had the money I would. They’re that good. Long may it last.

Ritchie seems to have a more personal ethos regarding trt treatments and really cares about providing an individualised plan whereas some of the other clinics have a more carbon copy/one size fits all approach with less of a human touch. Really helpful guy, who speaks from experience. The turnaround on blood tests was very fast and also comprehensive with Dr's notes. Highly recommended.

Results were recieved the day after being posted. The Dr commentary provided was clear.

They even replaced my blood draw kit after the first attempt was unsucessul in finding a vein.

Fantastic customer service from Ritchie at Origin. Huge range of blood tests which he was quite happy to explain everything based on what I was looking for. The ordering process is very simple and the selection of a local pharmacy to have your blood drawn is easy. Just over 1 day turn around time for results. Best out there by far!

Great service from start to finish. Any questions I had were clearly answered and the turnaround from receiving my test kit, sending back and getting results was 72 hours. Cant fault them.

The testing kit arrived promptly, I then let them know it had arrived and was immediately given a link to book the clinic appointment (Chose a Goodbody clinic very close by) the blood was taken at 10am on Monday and got a link with the results by 4pm on Tuesday – top work
