They don't deserve the one star I had to give them. This company essentially stole $400 from me, as I’m stuck with two lights of inferior quality I will never use. Their website says "We offer a generous 30 day return policy" which is neither grammatically correct nor generous. They further state "Simply shoot us an email to kick off the return process. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and provide clear instructions on where to send your package. Remember, unauthorised (sic) returns won't be accepted, so it's essential to touch base with us first." And therein lies the scam. They ignore all your attempts to contact them for 30 days and after that, you're too late, they can't accept your return. A summary of my attempts: I called them about five times and kept getting a busy signal, yes, in 2024, a busy signal! I used the contact form on their website twice. I sent them three emails as well. In exchange for my efforts, I received NO RESPONSE. I explained all of this to PayPal and my credit card company and got zero help. PayPal literally told me I should 'contact the company directly,' and Capital One contacted the company who told them I never returned the items, so they closed my case. Their website also says, "Here at Original Tree Lights, nothing means more to us than providing you with the customer service you truly deserve." Apparently, I deserve NO customer service. Buyer Beware: save your money, your time, and your dignity, and avoid this company at all costs!

If I could give Original Tree Lights zero stars, I would! The other reviewer was right on. Their merchandise is poor quality straight out of China. The lamp shade has to be assembled. I never even opened it up. I expected to receive an $86 lamp shade fully assembled. The 2 items were packaged in a poly bag. The second item’s box was bent. Don’t expect a refund unless you return it to China at your expense. There won’t be anything left for you. I can’t believe they can get away with this shady business practice. The two items weren’t worth $15 even though I paid over a $100. Order from a reputable company, like Amazon, who won’t give you the runaround like these people have done to me.
DON’T ORDER FROM ORIGINAL TREE LIGHTS COMPANY, who also go by “Premier Trust Store”. You have been warned.

The lampshade I received was a "do-it-yourself" affair, one fourth the size I ordered, and included only the top and bottom tiny rings, and a rolled up lampshade the needs to be velcro-ed together.
I was completely unsatisfied, and attempted to call (516 200-6126) which is an answering machine, and email (I got automated reply from "Premier Trust," which seems ironic). I contacted company three times with no callback, return email, or return label offered.
