Pity you can’t submit a negative rating. Similar experience to most people on here, have no idea how I was signed up, and charged two payments of £29.99 before I realised. Went on website to cancel, but couldn’t, so emailed and they agreed to cancel but refused to refund as they claimed I’d signed up and used my visiting of their site as evidence I was active on it. I have not used nor do I ever intend to use their service. I persevered, contacted my bank and reported fraudulent activity & card cancelled. I emailed Originalplus and told them I’d reported them for fraud and lo and behold, they’ve agreed to refund. Will wait and see if it arrives, but my advice is to be relentless with them, and don’t be afraid to report fraud and then let these crooks know.

I am yet another victim of this SCAM

I am yet another victim of this SCAM, £29.99 appeared in the pending section of my NatWest bank transactions. Despite immediately calling NW customer service and then their fraud dept the bank has allowed this payment to go through and insist that I am the one at fault, as I must have given my details to original plus.co. Insult added to Injury!
Since posting the above I have been contacted today (25 March) by a Customer Service officer who understood the situation, agreed that this is a very clever scam, and is refunding my £29.99 and putting a block on further payments. Which is a huge relief! NatWest, all is forgiven.

SCAM

I, like many of your other reviewers found myself 'subscribed' to this service when paying for a genuine purchase. I received no email or contact from them ever but my account was debited for €29.99 for a number of months with the POS name changing every month. This made it very difficult to trace them. My bank was less helpful than some others and advised that they could not block them. I have contacted them now and they have confirmed by email that the account has been cancelled and hope this is the end of it.

Somehow this this company obtained my credit card details when l was fooled into thinking l was booking into a Buckinghamshire hotel.Even after after cancelling my original card still took 2 x £29.99 payments before l got MBNA to block further payments to a Nicosia agency named Innova Support. Take immediate action if you receive any communication from either of the above, a very clever scam.

Was notified by my bank of these people trying to bill me for 29.99. What they do is when your signing up for something that seems like a god deal - you are redirected to a new page where you end up signing up for their services. Bank contacted me blocking their payments only for them to change the name of the billing company to bypass this. Claiming payments back through my bank.

Scammers!

This company has taken three payments each of £29.99 from my credit card account. I never signed up for anything. These payments are fraudulent.
They have agreed to repay two of the three payments but I doubt hat will ever happen. As far as I can tell, they went in on the back of an attempt to pay for car parking via my phone. The cc company are willing to repay me which I do appreciate but that's not fair on them or everyone else who pays the cc company extra to cover scams like this.
Beware! After the first payment was taken, I contacted the cc company to make sure that no more payments were made. All that the scammers do is to change their name when they apply for another payment and so it goes through even though you have tried to stop it.
They use Originalplus or Innovasupport or possibly something else. I suspect that they are an international company but the laws plainly allow them to continue their scamming.

Scam Scam Scam!
My bank/card company blocked payment which triggered investigation. I never signed up and had no idea what the payments were for. Raised dispute with card issuer on thier advice. All payments have been refunded. This needs reporting to trading standards.

Hoping for a refund

Like another user, only giving 1 star as can't give 0,

I found myself subscribed to this service after attempting, unsuccessfully to pay for car parking on a cold, wet and windy car park. It was 3 months before I realised that I was paying for something that I had no knowledge of. I rang the company and they agreed to cancel the subscription....although at no time did they ask me any account or GDPR details, just my email address.
I have since emailed them and asked for a total refund, as it was not something I was ever aware of signing up to and they initially said that I had agreed to the subscription, however as soon as I asked how I managed to subscribe to a streaming service when all I did was attempt to pay for car parking they have agreed to to refund my money,

I shall be keeping an eye on my account for the refund and if it doesn't appear I shall be informing the Office of Fair Trading,

Lol, have just done a Google translate for the company that takes the payment for this service and it translates as 'we are gnawing away at the evils'.

Contacted by bank because an unrecognised payment of £29.99 made today by SG☆INNOVASUPPORT.COM. Reading other reviews it seems a recurring pattern of behaviour. Bank has cancelled payment and card. BEWARE.

Beware!!

Beware! Like nearly all reviews here of this 'Originalplus.co' company, I was charged £29.99 for absolutely no reason. I rang the support line at INNOVASUPPORT.COM to say I'd never signed up for any service of theirs, and was assured my account has now been cancelled, but not offered a refund. Scammers!!

I only give 1 start as I can't give 0.
My experience is the same as others who have left a review, this organisation claim that people join their digital content service OriginalPlus, bundling Movies, TV Shows, Gaming, Health & Fitness and Educational content as a subscriber. When no interaction has taken place at all. The first sight of a problem is a deduction from an account for £29.99 a month to Sg Innovasupport.com. Avoid them and check your statements for this activity.

Dishonest scammers

Dishonest scammers! They continue to try to get £29.99 from my credit card account with no authority whatsoever. I have never subscribed to them for anything. They have now handed the scam over to another related company who keep trying to remove money fraudulently.

Credit card fraud

In September, in bright sunlight, I tried to pay for car parking using RingGo by downloading its app from Google Play. I was misled by a subscription service that positioned itself at the top of the list when I searched for RingGo on the Play Store (presumably because the fraudsters at Original Plus had paid Google handsomely for the privilege). The initial payment of 43p was authorized (not too bothered about that) but has been followed by 3 further payments of around £26 per month made to sg*originalplus without further authorization requests (presumably because I had been tricked into betraying my cvv). Acquiring subscribers by appearing ahead of the intended service should not be possible on the Play Store.

I then received notification, nominally from Virgin (but I don’t think it was) that my card had been compromised. Like other complainants, I now discover that a payment request from sg*innovasupport.com had been made. Given that my previous card expired at the end of November, I suspect the fraudsters at Original Plus/Innova Support had failed because the cvv had been changed and they did not have the new number on the replacement card.

According to Companies House, ORIGINAL PLUS LTD was dissolved on 25 June 2013 but I suspect that would not stop scammers if indeed it was the same company. How does one identify the true source of online payments?

Of course, I am a stupid old man who may well have lost (a fortunately not too large sum of money) via a credit card scam but I reflect on other parties who assist fraudsters as a result of their business practices. One of these is Google who allow fraudsters to advertise on the Play Store. Another is Virgin Money who no longer permit online access to credit cards via a computer so that this old man can see what is going on, instead having to use a mobile app on a small screen and with no proper keyboard.
