Name-change a big mistake
I have bought a couple of items from this company and found them excellent. Pity about the name-change though. Big mistake, and perhaps a fatal one.

I generally like the merchandise from this company (which has bafflingly changed name having built up online awareness , tho I’m sure they know best). But sometimes one needs to try something on to avoid the annoyance and cost of postal returns. The trouble is the staff in stores visited recently are disinterested to the point of belligerence and the customer feels like an intruder. It’s unusually painful, and I for one took our Christmas shopping elsewhere. They should either get some retail people (maybe women?) who enjoy helping the public - you know, asking if they would like try something on, requiring some actual engagement and warmth- or stick to website sales. It’s a pity as the clothes, though priced high, are good.
