Absolutely avoid this company. Paid £50 for a man's top which was too small. Cost £15 to return it as postage is to the Netherlands. No refund weeks later despite numerous attempts to contact them.

I ordered 3 clothing items.
They arrived albeit took a while. I sent them an email to ask about my delivery time. Instead of answering my question , they replied ( in German without bothering to write in English) to tell me to return these items I would need to write to them and then send the items back to China and then write to them again telling them I’ve done this … or that I have the option to keep the items and then get refunded just 20%. But I had not asked to return the items at this point I was only enquiring about the delivery as it was taking a long time.
When I finally received the 3 items, I discovered the material was horrific. It feels like plastic. Now I want to return the items and they expect customers to jump through these hoops. Horrific. Do not shop here. This is not an acceptable way to do business and should not be allowed.
I have now emailed them to say I want a refund and am waiting to hear back.
