Really dissatisfied with oricom. I had purchased a $380 baby monitor in hopes that it will be best quality. The screen randomly stops working and I was hacked where a stranger was talking through the camera to my child. Naturally, I called oricom to resolve this and get my refund for security reasons, they disagreed and offered a replacement instead. Will never buy from oricom again.
