Great product

Customer service fraud

I orders one, they sent me two. I complained but they refused to remove the second one from my credit card. But if I paid to return it they would credit me the charge. Also left unit did not hold a charge. They refused to send me a new one or give me my money back. Their customer service unit sends many emails but refuse refund,They are a fraud with product reliability.

Oracle was very good

Oracle was very good. I had problems doing the billing online. Oracle called me right away to complete the transaction. They answered all my questions and some billing issues from my end. They have a quick to take care of everything 10 stars. A person that took care of me with Sarah.

I ordered from Oracle last October…

I ordered from Oracle last October (£184 for hearing aids and cleaning). I had an email from Mary telling me my order had arrived but it hadn't. I contacted Oracle and Mary told me a investigation found my order had been mislaid. I have repeatedly requested a refund but this has been refused by Mary as my original order was made 'over 6 months ago,'. Is this really allowed??

Unfortunately, as the order is now beyond the allowable timeframe of more than 6 months, we are no longer able to process additional reshipments or refunds. I cannot figure out when the units are…

I cannot figure out when the units are off and they are charging... I put in the charger and let them charge (until the lights are green). When I put them in my ear canal I can't one or both of them to work. There has to be a better way to find out if the hearing aids are off and charging or if the aids still on and not charging. What's the secret for making sure the aids are charging proprerly?

My refund

I had an issue regarding a refund, they have contacted me and promised a refund less shipping fee. It took months to get the simple resolution a now that’s fair and happy that they understand my position. Thank you!
