Closed down with one month notice and is now refusing to send us the rest of our data.. Such a waste of time using their software.

After using them for a couple of years they increased their price from $29 to $200 (for a website with less than 100 visitors a day). And they had the cheek to say this was a heavily discounted and competitive price.

The end.

I trialled this product after seeing it advertised on YouTube.

It seemed ok at first, although a bit disorganised at showing clear stats.

After my trial ended, I was shocked to find they charged almost 700$ a month.

There are plenty of other alternatives out there and I chose a much better one for 40$ a month. This is just as good, if not even better than Oribi.

Unless you a large business, I would highly recommend staying clear of Oribi.

Umm not really sure what to say here, Tried the 7 day free trial but the reality is this software is not worth the over $8,000.00 annual fee.

They are clearly marketing to the big corps who don't really mind the extortionate costs, certainly not anything a small - Medium business could look at.

Sure it is more visual and pretty than GA but at its core it does not really do much more.

Ultimately they lost me by being uninterested and cancelling the scheduled demo when I questioned the crazy price tag the GA offer for free.

Very easy to use platform with awesome features. Your imagination is the limit when creating funnels and setting up events. It tracks everything with just a few clicks set up but I chose it because it's more transparent than Google Analytics and easier to use and understand, also for my clients.

The support team is always ready to help and answer really quickly. Special thanks to Guy who jumped on a call with me to try and figure out a tracking issue.

I'm yet to start using all the features and I'm sure I'll be pleasantly suprised every time I learn something new.

Oribi is an invaluable tool that helps us track our clients' conversions, engagements and sales without having them put complex code on their website.

We wouldn't be here without them. We have been using it for a year and I definitely recommend it.

Guy and his team are also very kind and supportive.

I've had nothing but good customer service with these guys.

Oribi charged my business thousands of dollars in error during my holidays, which forced me to return home early and fix the problem. I had to prompt their Customer Service team for an apology. I would never use it again and I would never recommend it.

We run a niche job board and marketplace for the professional services sector. We discovered Oribi a while ago when they just started. It's the best self-service and user-friendly analytics tool we have ever seen. Zero complexity and zero coding needed. It basically speaks for itself and works 100% intuitively.

This is how it basically works:
- each click or page visit can be earmarked as an event
- you can also group events

On the basis of the earmarked events you can then get all sorts of insights you can think of:
- visitor flow from event A to event B
- main internal channels to event A
- main external channels to event A
- vistor flows from event A to B to C to D etc
- research aggregated / individual visitor journeys to events
- explore button clicks / page visits
- explore event correlations
- create your own funnels

All this can be done within a single domain, including sub-domains but also across multiple domains.

It's the most user-friendly analytics tool we have seen. Just create your events in seconds and then you can measure all the visitor flows you can imagine.

We use Oribi to print money!
Why would you send traffic to a non-optimized site?Oribi allows us to accurately track the CR on each step of our in-site funnel. It shows us exactly where the drop offs happen; we just have to test changes on each page to get those conversion % go up. You do that and you make more $. You find better ROI on your adspend, so you spend more and make $$$.

And even if the above text is the pre-warning, the service is basically useless even if you are new to Analytics etc. It's overpriced and just a quick money grab.

Good customer service with prompt response regarding questions/with help.

I agree with some of the comments that the price of the Oribi leaves something to improve on. My hope is that the money continues to be invested into the product itself. The product itself is great. It is so much more user-friendly than, for example, Google Analytics (and don't get me started on GA4 because that is a horrible program for non-techies). We do all our reporting from Oribi and for non-techy marketing people it is very user friendly. I really like it.

When the pandemic hit, this was one of the pieces of software I didn't cut solely because of the customer service. Especially at a time when everything was falling apart, I knew I could always, always rely on them to be there when I needed them. When my site's traffic inevitably crashed, Oribi gave me tips for what to parts to maximize in really simple language that my exhausted brain could handle. Thank you!!!!!

Tried their free trial to see if the software really is worth $670 a MONTH.

Big fat NO from me as i can do the exact same with others for $10.

Oribi is an amazing platform and the support I received one-on-one and also through their help centre and Bootcamp has made me feel super confident using the tools!

Overpriced copy of other works which is aggressively advertised. Apparently thats the new technique of Israeli companies these days
