Old Republic has Changed
Had an issue and for the first time ever Old Republic would not replace the same product. Replacing like for like. I would estimate that replacing like for like would have cost $75 to $95 more. I think next year I will jot be renewing my home warranty contract and go with one of the competitors that appear to be better. Old Republic was great several years ago. Now poor customer service, long wait time to resolve issue, and their replacement policies will dictates that I choose another company. Very poor performance overall. I liked Old Republic but services have declined.

2 gentlemen came to assist with our…
2 gentlemen came to assist with our split a/c system. They found the problem quickly and even offered to check our central a/c filter. Learned not only where it was but found it dirty. They changed the filter and were on their way.
We could not have had better service.

Just the overall process of how easy it is to file a claim for what service is needed online,and old republic makes sure to follow up with you to make sure you got contacted and the service you needed taken care of. I needed a plumber to change a valve so…
I needed a plumber to change a valve so my new dishwasher could be installed without the chance of leaking since it was cracked. The plumber stated a time but was there early and got the job quickly. He also was happy to answer a few questions that helped me decide if I needed additional work. He did a great job and would recommend anytime. Plus he came a very long distance to get to my home.

My unit wasn’t cooling in the hottest…
My unit wasn’t cooling in the hottest month of the year so I called ORHP and filed a claim online. Was put on hold for 40 Minutes or more ,I was given the provider that didn’t work in my area.It took me three days of calling before they gave me a provider that worked in my area.
I don’t know what happened to this company it’s not accessible ,knowledgeable, and the representatives are very unprofessional so I was not happy with my service at all.
