Massage caused back to go into spasm.

My daughter and I have been having massages here once afor about a year. All has been fine. Two weeks ago we had a massage but while my daughter was having her massage the masseuse worked on her lower back for sometime. After the massage she said that when she did this, she took my daughters breath away. Her back started hurting and by the following morning she could note withour excruciating pain. Eventually she went to A&E as it was so bad. The doctor said that her back was in spasm and gave her strong dose tablets of Co Codamol. it took about afor the ease during which time she could not work.
I rang the studio a week later when I knew that she was improving, to let them know what had happened. The owner was not there but the receptionist said she would speak to her and get back to me. The receptionist finally phoned me back nearly a week later. She said they were sorry but the owner had said that the masseuse had not worked on her lower back. My phone calls had been to stress that the masseuse needed further training but because of her attitude, I do not feel that this will be done.
