As essential oils become increasingly popular, many brands are entering the market. However, I trust Organic Aromas to help me choose the best products for me and provide information about the use and benefits of various essential oils.

This is not only a highly efficient diffuser, it's also attractive. Since it uses no water, the potency of the essential oils is intense, a little goes a long way. Very easy to clean, easy to operate, everything I was looking for.

I have purchased products from Organic Aromas on several occasions and have had a wonderful experience.

The product are always great and are excellent quality.

Shipping was very fast considering I live in Canada where it usually takes forever to receive items online and with Organic Aromas it only took a week or two.

I had a very good experience with this company. The prices are decent. Love their sales. It takes a little while to get your order but not super long. I only had one minor issue which was the diffuser I recieved had a bit of a loose connector. So when it is on the glass wiggles a bit and makes a clicking sound against the wood. Not a big issue though. I know the products are handmade so it is still an excellent product and works great. Loved my free oil with my purchase. That was kind of them.

I purchase two diffusers and two boxes of blended oils... prompt delivery as promised and the construction of the diffusers and boxes exceeded my expectations... very sturdy and well crafted... the scent from the oil is very clean and distinct unlike other types of diffusers that require water. if you think this is a bit pricey, you really do get what you pay for. i am very happy with my purchases and cleaning the diffuser is very simple too. thanks for a great product!

I have purchased 2 diffusers and assorted oils from Organic Aromas. The products and the outstanding, personalized customer service make this the only company I want to work with for my essential oil needs.

I love Organic Aromas oils and diffuser. I prefer diffusers that don't use water to diffuse the oil. The nebulizing diffuser is not only beautiful it does a wonderful job diffusing the oils. The Organic aroma oils are wonderful and superior in quality over others I've tried. My whole family is using them.

During the past year we have purchased two Raindrop Nebulizing Diffusers and various essential oils from Organic Aromas. My husband and I have been very pleased with each item. The diffusers are exactly what we were looking for and the oils are top quality. Their website is an excellent resource for learning the facts and daily usage of essential oils. I was so pleased with the first diffuser that I bought that I bought a second one right away. It is absolutely beautiful and worth it even if I didn't run it but just looked at it. I love how it doesn't use water. Nothing but the aromatherapy oil. And I'm so happy that the oils are organic and the fragrances are delightful. The diffusers are so easy to clean, and I appreciate the video showing how to do it.

The ability to enjoy essential oils in their purest form. You do need to follow the instructions carefully especially with regards to cleaning.
One star deducted because it only operates for 2 hours at a time and then you have to turn it off and on again.
It is a remarkable machine however and I would recommend it to anyone who like me enjoys essential oils and their effect on both your mood and atmosphere.

In general, they have great customer service. I emailed them before even purchasing one of their diffusers, and they were quick to respond, and very helpful. They also give a lot of information on their website.
I really like the diffuser, too. It's well made, easy to clean, and delivers a powerful aroma.
The only reason I'm not rating them 5 stars is due to my purchase of essential oils, at another time, which seemed unique from the diffuser purchase I made. I was uncomfortable with the packaging indicating it was from a far distant country. I'd feel better knowing more details about their oils, and why things are shipped from so far away.

The products are amazing and the customer service is top-notch. The diffusers are now my favorite gift to give!

I am absolutely delighted with Organic Aromas' essential oil nebulizers. I wanted glass nebulizers for years but could not tolerate the loud air pumps. Organic Aromas are not only beautiful and stylish and release only the purest scent of essential oils unlike water based diffusers, but also very quiet. Their customer service is great and they quickly respond to any questions I have emailed them.

Quality diffuser. Yes, you can finder cheaper, but then there's the rub - they are cheaper, not better. Packaging and presentation was top notch. I made a special request after purchasing and they took care of it immediately without delaying my order. Chad was responsive and courteous. He genuinely wants his company to be the premier choice among essential oils and diffusers. In my opinion, they are. I've had my diffuser several months now and am just as pleased now as I was on day one. I would not hesitate to recommend Organic Aromas.
