The dance routine is difficult to follow (because of the fast pace and complex move combinations) UNLESS you are a pro-dancer who can pick up choreography super quick. The videos are around 8 minutes long so no time really to keep up.

I requested a refund after 4 minutes of the first video, realising I couldn't keep up and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get the so called 30 day money back guarantee.

How can you provide a 15-day proof of something you can't even do in the first place?!

The worst part is that I bought a 3 month subscription instead of the 1 month.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero! I wish I could give a negative star rating because this app sucked that bad! I don't understand how this company is still running and hasn't been charged with fraud for scamming so many people out of money! They mark everywhere before you purchase that they have 30 day money back guarantee but then have unreasonable requirements that you have to meet in order to get your refund. I canceled within the first hour of having the app and asked for a refund because I wasn't satisfied with their workout routines, there is no instruction on how to do the moves or when it will change or what it will change to. They just expect you to know what to do! When they finally emailed me back about my refund they said I needed to prove that I PRECISELY followed the exercise and food plan for at least 15 days, with photo and video proof! So if they don't feel like you followed the dance routine good enough they can still deny your refund!! Icalled my bank to make sure they couldn't continue to take money out as well! This company should be shut down! DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

I paid for the plan but was not able to get the app to work. They don’t have a customer service number you have to email and they don’t responded to what you say they just put a respond that has nothing to do with what you asked. They took forever to cancel and charged me again and won’t refund me. Next step call my bank. I don’t trust them.

I wish I would’ve researched this before I signed up! DanceFit is a Scam!! Customer service doesn’t exist! I have tried to cancel but it doesn’t and won’t cancel! I will have to change my account information so they won’t automatically take it out again! I keep getting the same email over and over! So do not spend your money on this app. It’s a SCAM !! 😡😡😡😡

Only because I cannot give 0. This company should not be given the time of day. Signed up for 1 x 3 month period but turns out it is a rolling 3 month renewal. No warning, just take the money. The customer service is non existent. Do not waste your money!

Signed up for free trial and didn’t use it the App. It was rubbish. Got charged $52 for one month without notice and they refuse to refund.
Buyer beware. App is awful. And customer service is brutal.

This app is a scam. DONT DO IT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Read all the fine print they charge you after you cancel your membership and do not honor their money back guarantee unless you adhere to unreasonable requests. This app is a joke. You won't lose weight the moves are basically walking in place it looks legit till you pay for it. DONT DO IT I PROMISE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OVER $50 AFTER YOU CANCEL. ITS SUCH A SCAM!!!!!

App was nothing like described. I logged out now app tells me user not found.
I've been going back and forth between app developer and Google play trying to get a refund. Both say it's the other persons responsibility and I'm left with a bad app that I can't even access even if I wanted to.

This company is a scam. Zero customer service. Even you didn't sign up for subscription they keep charging money monthly even though you have cancelled my subscription 3 months ago. They are money grabbing scam. Don't fall for this app.

Absolutely disgusting 🤢 … I purchased this app but couldn’t register as when I paid I could not register meaning I didn’t have it, I have emailed numerous times to no avail. AVOID BIG TIME

I don't have a subscription with this company. I emailed them and get no reply. They keep trying to charge me $19.99, for something I didn't order. They are scammers. Beware of this company. There a fraudulent company. I didn't order anything from them but they are trying to take money out of my account 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Has anyone been successful in getting a refund and cancelling a subscription?

I have been charged $229 for this useless app. I am unable to cancel the subscription, it’s not even featured in my Apple subscription list. Countless emails to “support” with bot responses. How does anyone achieve a refund and subscription cancellation? Please share stories of success. Absolute scam of a company. Apple also not interested in helping. I have reported several times.

Company with no integrity. Refuses to give a refund, even though they stated it was possible when signing up. Just a scam. I do not recommend this company at all. Do not waste your money. You will get very poor service, with the consultants not helping at all; just talking in circles.

This company is completely dishonest . They advertise on Tik Tok using chart commercial pop music eg ABBA Dancing Queen and say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee . Then when you download the App after paying good money you get this low level high school student quality product with copyright free music and a girl dancing with no skill or no proper demonstration of dance move techniques. When I asked for a refund they said I hadn’t met the fine print conditions . Then I emailed and got two emails saying too bad so sad . How appalling . I would like people to write reviews and stop these businesses from giving ecommerce a bad name. I have contacted American Express and asked them to reverse my payment . I will
also be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading .
