great gadget to have in my car

Its a Brilliant piece of Kit, i check my tyres every fortnight and as the local garages charge from £1 to £2 to use their Air i'll soon be quids in

Great piece of kit

The pump was excessively noisy and took a long time for tyres to inflate. I sent a video of it in use, but had no reply

These pumps are a waste of money and they make it almost impossible to return them for a refund. Jessica Reyes sounds all very plausible but she doesn't help at all. If you have one lying in your car it will soon lose its charge and be useless when you really need it. You can get others for 1/3 of the price on Amazon. Don't know why I fell for it.

I have still not received my order of 2 pumps and customer services (Jessica Reyes) has basically said there's nothing they can do! They will not refund, even though tracking is not showing where my order is. I would never had ordered if I had realised the pumps were being shipped from China. Goods from China are generally OK but the delivery is always a bit difficult. Very disappointed to lose my money and the company should be ashamed of themselves.

I have waited 18 days for 3 units to turn up. They were supposed to be here in 10 working days. Tracking shows it took 6 days to just process the order. They took the money easily but will not now refund. Numerous emails saying “Sorry but…” AVOID
The three devices turned up today. The instructions require a microscope to read. Charging them now and will then test.

I bought one as a gift for a friend and he thanked me recently as he had cause to use it when he was miles from anywhere.

It is great pump the battery lasts for long time and highly recommend it size is great for easy storage

I bought a product in Dec 24 and needed to use it for the first time in July 25 to deal with a slow pucture and it did not work despite being fully charged and instructions followed carefully. Tried to bring this to the attention of of Jessica at Autopump but have received no response to teo requests for help/solution

Well worth the wait, it took a little time to arrive but was fully charged and ready to use when I opened the packaging. It's a big improvement on my old pump and is more versatile with the accessories it came with. If you have bought one yet, get it ordered now.

I have serious concerns regarding this company. I recently purchased this item only to find they forgot to enclose the additional components. The advert refers to tightening the lever. There is no lever. No immediate contact detail. No telephone contact,No visible email ?

Well done for producing a great little device which will suit all drivers to keep their tyres correctly inflated.

Had one of these as a Christmas present, it arrived very late.. it is inaccurarate, wont inflate over 100psi without going flat, incapable of inflating my tyres to correct PSI without a charge and it takes and age...massively overpriced.. there is no phone number to contact the seller, e-mails just get returned as undeliverable.. then everyone who tries to complain is treated to the same negative reply... take a look through the replies from this company... none are satisfactory.
