It was a very easy process. The guidance on quantity needed, the ease of online ordering and scheduling, and the delivery were great! The driver placed it right where we wanted it, and took the time to patiently answer our questions. I highly recommend Lakeside Sod!

Ordering online was very easy. The calculator online helped a bit, but we have very weird cutouts and I already knew initially how much we needed. The online calculator helped me with double checking the quantity. Customer service was also great! From the person who confirmed delivery to the person who did the delivery. Highly recommend

When ordering sod, the delivery charges are stated as $0.00 but you're still charged for delivery it turns out. The delivery cost is hidden in the cost of the sod itself.

I feel this is misleading because if there is a charge for delivery it should be reported on the delivery line item in the invoice like it is for any online store. I assume that because it was $0.00 that higher cost was for a better quality of sod. That was my mistake.

The sod was delivered early in the morning. The delivery man was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He very quickly unloaded the sod and starting fertilizer, placing it exactly where I asked. The sod was in excellent condition, and we are very happy with the outcome. We have ordered soil multiple times with the same results. Thank you.

Very easy process to order online. Called in to add to the order and that was very easy as well. The delivery was prompt and everything went as well as could be expected.

Ordered 600 sq ft for a Saturday morning. It arrived a little after 8:00am. Was forklifted exactly where I wanted it on my driveway. Was finished laying it down and watering it by noon. Excellent experience and if I ever need sod again I will not hesitate to call lakeside sod!

Delivery of our sod was right on time and placed right where it could easily be used. All of the sod rolls were in great condition. No weeds, just beautiful kentucky bluegrass. The price is right and a real time saver compared to trying to grow grass. Great company to do business with!

The quality of your sod is excellent! It was moist, green, recently harvested and cut perfectly! Delivery was quick and conveniently placed exactly where I wanted it.
I didn't order enough so I picked up a few at Lowe's. The Lowe's sod was dry, yellow and obviously around for a few days.

Had a large sodding job to do at a family member’s house on a Saturday. Ordered the sod on the previous Wednesday and asked that it be delivered on Saturday morning. The sod was waiting in the driveway for us when we arrived. It was delivered at 8:00, so we were very pleased that we were able to remain on a schedule! The sod itself is of excellent quality and is starting to grow very nicely. Makes all the hard work worthwhile and the yard has been transformed!

I was really surprised with how supportive Horizon was through the whole process. I was given lots of great detailed information for preparing the site and laying the sod. Also an easy to follow schedule for after install sod care. I followed the instructions and the sod looks great, the envy of all the neighbours.
