I can’t lie-the online ordering is the best. The system is very easy to setup.
I have been with them for almost 3 years now. I’ve gone from the restaurant version to the hookah version as I am a hookah owner. In the beginning the customer service response time was very responsive in a timely manner.

Here lately, it’s every bit of 24 plus hours to get a response if you are not paying the outrageous price that they are charging for the upgraded plan to get all the services that once came with the simple pro plan.

If you are running a day business or any kind of business and get in a jam before they decide to answer at 1-3am central time, you are fresh out of luck. That’s based on my experience in the last past year.

I’ve decided to go with their Opay/Pay Play payment that is supposed to deposit your money in 24 hours…it’s 2 days later and I’m still waiting with no response to the email and the very lacking Facebook messenger where they respond. At this point I’m getting a lil frustrated and definitely looking to go elsewhere.

Orderlina advertises a free plan, but once you sign up, you can’t proceed without subscribing to a paid plan. There’s no actual way to use the service for free as promoted. I contacted support, and they simply recommended subscribing. This feels like false advertising.

Amazing, user friendly, impeccable & top class support, pocket friendly rates & a super handy ordering tool for restaurants & F&B businesses. I strongly recommend orderlina for all F&B business who are struggling with contactless ordering due to the pandemic. Orderlina offers a range of menu set up options including table assignments & delivery options. For the cost that they charge, the tool is ultra useful. I must say that it is designed in a way that anyone can use it and ensure their ordering systems are streamlined. Great work team orderlina, can't thank you enough for what you've created!!

Rohan and the team at Orderlina are outstanding. Since Lulu's Chocolate Bar added QR code ordering and curbside pickup, they have made numerous improvements based on feedback. They are incredibly responsive and really a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the Orderlina platform!

The app works perfect. Easy to understand. To make the menu and change it, is very easy. Better then the others out there, and cheaper as well.

Orderlina has made it easy for patrons to veiw our menu and easier for us to make changes on the fly. From 86ing items to adding specials day of. I would recommend this platform to any food service business.

Great company - extremely helpful and professional

I love this app.. Really easy to set up, easy to switch between menus, easy to make changes. Ordering. It has it all. I would recommand to take a took and check it out if you are looking for such an app.
