Ordered twice and did get what I ordered in a very reasonable time.

Finally got order after a month and half almost two months. They look legit in packaging but haven't tried them to see if they are real.

Why the are use in my bank I wake up and use have taken money out of my bank put it back and stop ripping people off. I can't afford use maggots

Very slow shipping. I placed an order on Feb 7/,2021. I received a tracking email on Feb 9, 2021. My order finally arrived at SingPost on Feb 19, 2021. When I sent the email evidence from SingPost tracking that they had received my order on Feb 21, Order-CS replied again saying that they had shipped on Feb 9. WARNING to all, do NOT use this company.

I ordered on 8th december. I received a tracking number a day after. IT also warned there could be a delay due to covid. Shipping expensive, but I guess they also want to make sure it arrives. Phonecall on 20th december the product arrived in my country. Delivered 21st. The packaging is different from standard. But I can find the manufacturer and wholesaler from the strip. I think its all fine.

I mean, I did wait over a month, but everything arrived and made it through customs. My suggestion would be that unless you are willing to wait, don't bother. My antibiotic end of world stash is growing lol!

Bought $200AUD of a product.
They send shipping/tracking details.
Two weeks passed and they said they didn’t have stock and will give a refund.
10/12/2020 still no refund.
Scam.

They are fraudsters. They promise that the goods will be delivered from the EU, while sending it from India. They know very well that it will not be delivered to the customer because it will not pass through customs. The goods will be confiscated by the customs authorities.

I paid my order via Ideal and it has been deducted from my bank account. Is end them the banktransfer. They now keep saying I used a credit card, what a nonsens, are these guys criminals? They never pick up the phone either, terrible, I now start to believe I lost my money as I was scammed by these criminals

I have been ordering from this company for 3 years and they have always been reliable are a very good service and the products are excellent

Well, three weeks after I wrote a very nasty review the items showed up. I don't really know what to say about ordering from this company. I may or I may not order again but at least they fulfilled their obligation.

This company is a pure rip-off company. You never have the same contact person, you are delayed, and after 3 months you get an email that the money will not be refunded because 3 months have passed.

I ordered it on the 11th of September and was delivered on the 21st of September. Would order from the company again. Was fast. And anytime I had a question. Customer service would email me back every time.

Placed second order, then after several weeks looking at the tracking info i could see the order was never shipped, a replacement order was shipped, it has been many weeks of waiting, now i am checking the website and it is down cant access the tracking number anymore. im using HQAmeds.com now.

I live in the US and have placed two orders with this company and after reading all the negative reviews I had to write my own. My first order from date I placed it took 3 weeks, from India via customs until delivery which I tracked the entire time. Second order left India 8/31 and on 9/9 it's going via customs in NY. Now how could anyone complain about that? I should have it in another couple days and it's the 10th of September! Yes, you wait for your order to go through the system, but this is not the fault of the shipper. Also, their app rxasap works really well ordering and getting info on your shipped package, tracking, dates, etc. I will continue to use this company exclusively until something changes, hopefully it will not. And I don't work for, or have any reason to write a positive review, just a satisfied customer?
