Amazing customer service and great brand for busy parents

I've been with OR Collective since their early days, having met the founder at a local pop-up. I was immediately hooked on the concept.

The price is justifiable, fair and great value. As a small business owner, I really appreciate how they're not only considering pricing from a business perspective but also keeping the consumer in mind. They really do cater to parents who want beautiful, well-made, quality clothes.

I've loved OR so much that I've not only kept my subscription since joining, but I've also upgraded my plan twice!

The plans are not age-specific, which means I can often choose matching outfits for my two daughters, who are different ages. (Makes for such cute photos!!)

The customer service is brilliant, and even as they've grown, that personal touch hasn't slipped one bit. When the clothes arrive they're wrapped in tissue paper and packed with so much care.

OR makes me feel good on many levels: I'm not overconsuming fast fashion, I don't have to worry about reselling or packing away clothes once they've been outgrown, I'm supporting a small business rather than a huge corporation, and I love knowing that an outfit my girls have enjoyed will go on to be worn by many other children.

I’ve been with ORCollective since they first started out and it’s been the most enjoyable, exciting and engaging journey. Not only is the concept genius (not having to pack away or worry about the environmental impact of my daughter’s clothes as she grows out of them) but the brands, quality and service are exceptional. The whole process from selecting online to receiving the clothes in the post feels personal and seamless. Not to mention my daughter is the best dressed kid out there!

This is a brilliant service for many many reasons...I'll list some now.
1. The price-point options are excellent for the quality of clothes and different purses
2. Sustainable sustainable sustainable - packaging, delivery, clothing waste, energy etc etc
3. Freedom of brain space - I do not need to worry about finding, and affording nice clothes for my kid on the regular
4. Feeling proud - my child looks extra lovely and super cute from the gorgeous clothes
5. Supporting an incredible small business - starting and growing a business is very tough, and it's too easy to just go to John Lewis and supermarkets for clothes, but I want to spend money with people whom are making a change for themselves and the future generations! Which this is!

From concept to service- what isn't there to love about OR Collective. It's no surprise to any parent or carer how quick children grow out of clothes- so having a clothing rental subscription means no more unworn clothes collecting. Also, we're renting amazing brands that at retail value would've broken the bank, but we get to wear fantastic quality, generally gender free and support some amazing small brands. We're huge fans!

Receiving my first box of clothes was an exhilarating experience. As I eagerly opened the package, I was immediately struck by how pristine and fresh each garment appeared. It was truly astonishing to think that these clothes had been given a second life through recycling and reuse, as they seemed to be in perfect condition.

The quality and appearance of the clothes exceeded my expectations. It felt like I had gone on a shopping spree for brand-new items, even though I was making an eco-conscious choice by embracing reused clothing. It was a testament to the idea that sustainable fashion can be both environmentally responsible and stylish.

What added to the excitement was my toddler's enthusiasm.

Overall, my first experience with Or Collective was an absolute success.
