Very helpful with the order, clear description of the product, good quality on arrival. Arrival was on time but unit was missing one fastener for doors. A quick email to the company resulted in both being replaced so they matched. Very impressive customer service.

Not had furniture delivered yet but

I bought a cushion at the Wealden show in Kent. I actually needed two but was unsure of the colour match. The cushions
were on a special reduced show price. I ordered the second cushion later online & requested the possibility that I could buy that also at the show price but would cover the cost of the postage. The company very kindly honoured my request.
