Repeatedly inconsiderate

While I have never, thankfully, bought a home from Orchard Homes Southampton I have lived alongside one of their developments. Given how inconsiderate they have been (repeatedly), to existing householders; I would never buy from them. They have routinely worked 7 days/week including Bank Holidays - despite council guidelines to the contrary. Work has often starting at 7am or earlier. On Saturday June 24th 2017 they felt it imperative to strim the grass at 6-8 am with a motorised strimmer!!.
