Predatory terms—they let you lose, but void your balance if you win!

Avoid Orca Spins at all costs. They use predatory backend loopholes to steal legitimate player winnings.
I was playing with a bonus coupon, and my balance dropped all the way down to $0.01. Because the balance was practically zero, I played a final hand of Video Poker. The casino software fully allowed the game to load and accepted my bet. I beat the astronomical odds and hit a miracle Royal Flush, eventually turning that penny into a successful run up to over $47.
The moment I tried to cash out, their "Payments Team" stepped in and voided my entire balance. Their excuse? They claimed Video Poker is a "restricted game" while a bonus is active.
If a game is restricted, the software should block you from opening it. Orca Spins intentionally leaves these games open so they can happily pocket your money if you lose, but the second you actually win, they pull a technicality out of their terms and conditions to rob you. This is completely rogue behavior. Do not deposit here.

Absolute Exit Scam – Funds Stolen, Support Completely Ghosted Me

This is an absolute exit scam. I jumped through every single hoop they required: fully verified my account, made deposits, and successfully completed all wagering requirements. I was explicitly approved for "instant crypto withdrawals," yet they denied my withdrawal requests three consecutive times.

On the final attempt, their support team advised me to cancel the pending amount and submit a completely new request. I followed their exact directions, but my entire balance vanished into thin air and never returned to my account.

Now, the casino claims I "played it all." If that is the case, show me my game history. Of course, they can't, because they have entirely cut contact. My in-game chat is completely wiped, the live chat AI won't even respond, and the entire player and banking support teams—who used to reply within minutes when taking my money—are completely ghosting me.

You don't direct a player to cancel a withdrawal, watch their funds disappear, wipe their communication logs, and then claim they gambled it away. This is a textbook scam by an unlicensed site. Do not trust them with a single cent. Avoid the useless third-party disputes company they try to push, which is conveniently run by RTG anyway.

Myy experience with Orca Spins has been…

Myy experience with Orca Slots has been nothing but stellar.

I was referred to this site through one of their sister casinos and was offered no deposit free spins (plus 30 days of free spins for new members). I didnt win right away, but eventually after a week or so I managed to win enough to request a cashout from the new player free spins.

Submitted KYC verification documents and was verified within a couple hours. (Please note that you will probably have to send your documents via email as the online form is buggy). Since I hadnt completed any deposits and the cashout request was from bonus money, I was required to deposit a small amount via crypto, which is pretty standard from my experience playing across multiple sites. You're also allowed to withdraw that deposit immediately with your cashout request. Everything was legit and they paid out quickly, faster than 90% of the casinos Ive ever experienced, from first requesting a cashout and going through verification, to the payout hitting my account, maybe 4 or 5 hours. The ability to get everything sorted so quickly is thanks to their support team, both email and live chat support were not only polite, but eager to help and had great communication with the other departments like verification and billing, felt very much like a coordinated process/effort.

Overall, one of the best experiences Ive ever had with an online casino, other casinos need to take note.
