The technician kept us informed as to arrival time and arrived ON TIME. They where polite, friendly and efficient,
First annual service completed without fuss and We received a Boiler Service Certificate Via e-mail. I feel confident that our heating system is in good professional hands which is something I have not had in the past. Gavin and Ollie got the repair done well despite having to deal with absence of valves to stop water supply and kept water spillage to a minimum. Excellent job.

Having and Ollie were both polite a d great during the repair of our toilet sink.
Once finished the cold tap was difficult to turn off but they came back and resolved the issue.

They have been professional, but also friendly, from the outset. They have always kept us in the loop, and explained their decisions. I have really appreciated that they fully explain what they are doing, so that (even) I understand. Their communication has been outstanding via email, phone call and WhatsApp. They are always prompt to reply and have followed up on any questions we have had. We had quite a big job done in our house, lots of potential mess, and they took so much care to look after the house. They also cleaned up after themselves (doesn't always happen with other companies in our experience). Their follow up communication was also exceptional, checking that everything was okay and that we were happy. We've intentionally used their services twice and will undoubtedly use them again. Finally, a lovely touch that they text before they arrive so you are aware they are coming, it really helps to relieve some anxiety around not knowing when people are coming. Worth every penny. Lovely team!

Had Calum around to fix our leaking toilet. He did a great job, sussed the issue out and cracked on. He did a great job, replaced the faulty parts, no fuss, no mess.
