ORCA Plumbing and Heating Reviews 

We had ORCA plumbing and heating to flush and balance our heating this week after having issues with the radiators for a while. The have done a fantastic job, the heating system performs so much better now and the apartment is much warmer. The whole process was very organised starting from the updates in the morning on the arrival time of the team, which were very polite young gentlemen that left no mess whatsoever after themselves.

Excellent job overall, well impressed. Highly recommended.

Just had our central heating boiler serviced by ORCA Plumbing & Heating, fast appointment, the engineer (James) turned up right on time, you receive a text to confirm they on time. James our engineer was very informative and the service was thorough. Would definitely recommend 👍

We needed a plumber as our shower pump stopped working the week before Christmas. Contacted ORCA who sourced a replacement and fitted it at short notice. Boiler needed a service and ORCA were quick to respond with a proposed date at the end of the week. Due to a cancellation Tony Managed to carry out the service the next day. Excellent service

Orca installed a new Hive system with nine radiator sensors. It worked well from the start and they showed me how the app works and followed up the following day to check to see if everything was okay. Very good service.

Just excellent customer service. Tony was very friendly and helpful and we got our new tap fitted so quickly by Gavin, who was also very friendly and professional. I really appreciated the confirmation email and text to say when they would arrive. I just thought everything had great attention to detail, and I will definitely be using ORCA plumbing and heating services again and would highly recommend them too.
