Easy to order, good communication when ordering my collage canvas, pics were changed quickly to how I wanted then arranged, other canvas's and posters I ordered were delivered all together and very quickly. Quality is very good and I will be using again and will recommend

The order process from start to finish was simple and quick and I didn't have to wait long to receive my canvas. I will definitely use Orbit again.

I ordered my canvas online as I had limited time the proof I had paid extra to see was unacceptable despite me paying for extra features to improve the image.
I know now that the image wasn't suitable for canvas after taking it to a printers so the order should not have been accepted.
Only then was I informed I would have to pay a 9.99 fee for "costs"
Shortly after I was emailed to say charges were dropped as a goodwill gesture so thankyou for that Orbit.

Ordered a canvas as a surprise for my husband of our dogs. Orbit print contacted me after printing it to suggest I change the size as it didn't look right once printed. Took their advise and the next day my canvas arrived it's stunning and been much admired. Great service and would recommend Orbit print.

This was my second order with Orbit print and am delighted with the service I received.

I made my order online then the next day realised I had made a mistake with the size of the print, and image format. No hassle or drama to make the change, all done via email, I paid the difference easily online. Automated system responses let me know order was paused, when payment was received and when order was progressing. The order arrived same week.

If you know what you want and value ease of doing business at a great price then Orbit Print is for you. I will be using them again.

The product was ok, is slightly smaller than supposed to be so the print didn't fit as good as it should! No hanging kit supplied with order. Turnaround was excellent - but possibly too quick! Maybe take a little more time to check that the product looks correct and that everything is with the order?

I have used Orbit print twice now to have my own photos made into deep canvas prints and both times I have been very impressed with the finished product. Living just over the bridge in Bristol from the firm, delivery has been very quick and they do text to give eta.
.word of warning when choosing your print, look at your pics close up on your pc before ordering as the smallest details do stand out and make sure they're in focus 😉

I used Orbit for the first time recently following a Google search as they were one of the few printing businesses I found that do very large canvas prints to custom sizes(I ordered 60in x 30in). They were extremely well priced so I put in an order and paid a few pounds extra to get a proof emailed to me before it went to print. I received the proof the day after I placed the order and the email from Alex Cox also included advice on pixellation which was very helpful. The print arrived two days later. Unfortunately it had been damaged by the courier. I emailed Orbit (Alex) and within two days a replacement had arrived.
Very impressed. The quality of the product was good and the colour reproduction was superb. I thoroughly recommend this business.

Ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday, can't ask for more!!!
