Terrible. Went there for a pre booked appointment to be told the available homes were gone. Not even an effort or interest on trying to discuss the next phase of homes, just silence. A text at least would have been great to let us know not to waste our time. Thankfully, the area looks awful and from the service, I’m so so happy we will not be wasting our money. DO NOT FALL FOR THE CHEAP PULL IN. It’s cheap for a reason. Condensation and mould from what if seen from unfortunate residents.

It's so difficult to speak to someone. There's not an option for general enquiries. Takes so long to get though on the phone. Then we gave up and sent a e mail.

Currently going through a mutual exchange from a orbit property to a council property.
Orbit left it right up to the last minute of the 42 days to agree the mutual exchange and took nearly a month for the inspection report to be uploaded to homeswapper. Then had to have the electric test. All checks and reports have been completed and the coucil is happy to agree a sign date for my new tenancy with the coucil but orbit is dealing this ignoring the council chase up emails and my emails. As a customer I have had over the past 7 years really bed experience with orbit and there 3rd party repairs team (mps) which effects my mental health all i want to do is move asap seems all has been done and the coucil are happy to agree the exchange date but orbit is delaying it without commutation of a valid reason which will leave people in hardship which will possibly mean they are in breach of there mutual exchange contract. Orbit policy advise for mutual exchange once agreed and had electric test to give 14 days notice of move. This has been done and still poor to no commutation from them

The lady that met us at the property explained everything to us in a way we understood, showed us all around the property and helped us sort out utilities and rent.
