The hire process was good, hire car poor
The hire process was good and were able to change car supplier (poor reviews) 3 days before travel. Shuttle minibus was prompt after taking other customers to Centauro. Reception desk staff helpful but no paperwork issued to declare damage/condition of vehicle. The hire car had several areas of damage and did not look to have been valeted with stains on seats & dust/marks. The car subsequently developed acceleration problems with warning light shown so tried several times to contact supplier without answer so called emergency number. Advised to return car to Alicante AP depot to change car. Ruined last day of our holiday!

Everything was easily and conveniently done. From picking up the car at the airport, to detailed explanation from the employees at Felirent to bringing it back, everything was done smoothly. The car was new, easily drivable, clean, big enough to park it on the narrow streets of Puglia. It met our expectations, as we made a trip to a couple of cities :) The staff was polite, and they clearly and precisely conveyed all the information regarding the policy with the deposit, fuel, car cleaning etc.

Good customer service
Good customer service, there were issues with booking information being passed to them, but they handled it just fine. Initial check of the car was quite easy with their app. The cars were ok, return process was without issue.

Got the best price for 'on airport' car rental in Ibiza through Orbit Car Hire. The rental process was straightforward with no problems encountered. Obviously, Orbit Car Hire are just an intermediary. The rental was actually with Hertz/Dollar, who were very good.

Great value and everything was as expected
We rented a car with Hertz Firefly through Orbit Car Hire, and everything was as expected.
We were very happy with the car, the price, and the service provided by Hertz.
Everything was clearly documented in advance of our car hire, and the holding deposit was refunded within 24 hours of returning the car. We had no issues and were very happy with the service provided. We would use Orbit Car Hire again in the future.

Apart from waiting for the car for half an hour and got given th car with no power when I explained and my address started am going to Polokoane.The mountain and hilly part of the country.It took six hours from Johannesburg to Polokoane,Went to the Polokoane branch to to change the car and was still told there are no cars but most cars will ne returned on that afternoon.and someone will call me to come and do the exchange.waited for two days and no calls.had to go back and Do the exchange three days later.The car I was given had no power and not fuel efficient .

This is the worst experience of hiring a car from orbit car hire.

Car Rental Provider: Flex to Go.
I booked a 7+ seater vehicle whereas I was provided a 5 seater vehicle. Also I was told to bring the credit card from which the company is gonna charge and block an amount of £900 approx as a deposit. But they were unable to take the payment from my card for deposit. However they charge rent from the same card. Then that guy charged me another £110 to cover the deposit. It was a rip off and I knew it at that time but I had no option as it was late night. My reason to book the car in advance was to avoid the hassle.

In some cases, even if a card can be used for rental payment, it may not meet the provider’s requirements for deposit authorization. Any additional charges or alternative arrangements offered at the desk are set by the local supplier.

A very decent company
The booking of the car was very easy, communication clear and the voucher arrived quickly.
The car hire from radius was excellent, you do worry when you read horror stories of car rental. At first there was a bit of a hard sell on the comprehensive insurance. However, if you pay excess rental insurance in the uk then too should be curved at a fraction of the cost.
However, I worried by not taking it out they would find something wrong upon the return of the car. I was proven wrong, they were good people and finalised my deposit return in minutes. No issues at all and a very friendly, efficient, decent car and honest service. The staff spoke excellent English as well which was extremely helpful.

Overall a positive experience.
Checking in was easy and fast.
Finding garage location 5 min walk but on same level of rental car counters.
Only thing we didn’t like was to be charged and extra day cause returning the car 40min late.
