Absolutely awful company / employees - really pushy and rude - Called and said "Put me through to accounts". Small business owner here and member of telephone preference service - even after being told to go away they persisted in trying to sell their service.

I don't know how, but they can simulate other people's Portuguese phone numbers. When I call back, someone answers who has nothing to do with them.
I get persistent cold calls form this company, they never stop! Trot out the same pathetic spiel every time and don't stop talking even when you flat out tell them to clear off.

Great way of generating some extra cash. I am doing it for 3 months and it is perfect for now. I was trading with interactive brokers before but alone is not ok. Recommending the support from those guys

I lost over 14000USD in few weeks. They tell - after earning your trust with smaller investment- that there is an exeptional possibility with bigger investment to make 200% return on money in few weeks - keep saying "the positions are looking good for now" but later will call after the numbers are going down that the market is against you, when you get near the end they asking to invest more... they are not acting in timely manner - sometimes they call only after days to take actions and they would blame you if "you don't" act with an investors attitude and even if you try to save your account it always too little and too late it seems... it's is pure gambling in this form

I was trading with them from 11th July 2023

The company is a SCAM, lost 3000USD in 2 weeks, they keep saying "the positions are looking fine" while the numbers are against you, when you get near the end they asking to invest more... It can't be a coincidence, too many are loosing money in same way...

This company is a scam. Just a few facts:
- They buy personal data and proactively call people to pitch their service
- They say that the company is a UK one and it's expending to your country. In reality it's based in South Africa.
- They use scripts with very basic manipulations like "Would you like to compensate for a high inflation rate?"
- They force you pretty aggressively to open a real trading account while on the call. The demo account is not good enough. They need you to open an account without even knowing what the service is about. They lie that it's not a real account but just a way to see the website.
- They don't answer any direct questions about their business model, pretending like everything is free
- When I asked them who they are regulated by, they replied: FSCA (the regulator in South Africa). But I found no evidence of that (no license number, no mention of this company on FSCA resources.
- I asked who is regulating them in the EU and they started lying that FSCA is the regulator in the EU as well and that there's no need to have a local license.
- The company's representative tried to throw a lot of financial and regulatory terms on me not realising that I have years of professional experience in the Financial sector both in the EU and the UK. So I easily was pushing back telling that it doesn't work like that. The lady I was talking to became aggressive and tried to get her authority with "Now you tell me the difference between ___ and ___? Do you know what ___ is?". In the end she responded "Well, it seems like you know it better than me" and hung up.
- I explored their website, but there is no place on the website with the name of the company. Even in T&Cs they call themselves "Company". There's no address, no license number, and no information about the founders.
- I was told that there are no fees and the company is earning money on the spread. But that's a lie. Their T&Cs say that if you have a break of 30 days in trading (even holding a lot of money, but simply not buying any new asset) your account gets locked with all your funds and you get charged up to 200 USD per month as a fee for that (basically until they get all your balance to zero).

You need to understand that if you give them your money, you are not protected at all. This company has no right to offer trading services. They are not registered anywhere. It's a 100% scam.

The company and people behind it are exceptionally honest. They are very convincing in what they are offering and doing. Even not being able to go forward, they have honestly compesated initial investment, what is the real basis for the title and statements in this review.

Swaps to the sky! They start with all these lies over and over then they manage to freeze your account asking for more and more money… stupid in trading, thieves cant be trusted.

Very supportive and patient guide, ready to answer all my questions. I appreciate that they always respect the appointed time. I've learnt a lot of new terms that gradually introduced me to something totally new.

They have good connection with customers.

I learned many useful things in a small amount of time , with minimum loses.

I try trade for few days and l found out that this kond of job is not for me . I put 500$ deposit. And traded now is only 480$ left. So l ask reques for withraw, but it seems like they dont want to sent back. And just repeating them self over and over again: “we working on it”. This guy +31 20 323 25 69 (from holand: their acc manager) try to persuade and asking same questition like robot with no brain. Why you want to quick . My answer: “ l dont want to do it, l want to focus my time to do my bussnise,l want to work on myself. It is my personal life.” And he said is not an answer. So people you can can see how he/they can be so aggressive. They dont want you to quick. So this is another reason why l dont want do it anymore. They just convinced me that I made the right decision. If l will receive my money back l will delete this comment. since then, I will leave it here. I contact my bank and told them about my issue. If they dont leave me alone. I will report them, about broking the law of gdpr.

My mentor calls me every day to present the opportunities of the day and help me decide on what positions to open. Most of the positions closed in profit. Account founding and withdrawals went smooth - got the money in my account in a couple of days. A legal representative answered all my questions and concerns regarding the company and trading account although it was just a verbal discussion and nothing written. My only concerns were that I didn't receive too much legal documents regarding the collaboration as compared to the other brokers I'm working with (European regulated brokers).

pretty pretty bad, im not gonna lie but they try to scam you by manipulation ! they show some positive and negative movements on the market and after that they tell you that something good is coming and after that you got transferd to diffrent person so he can approach you with the money term! you start talking about what is gonna be a comfortable amount for you to start ect.ect.ect.ect!
after that you put your money and when u go to your personal acc manager its over,u cant get you money back !they are not even regulated! they will tell you that they are but there is no registerd regulatorybody number that you can see or check if its real! they should provide you with the documents of the regulations but they dont bec they dont have one !
better search for diffrent company that provides brokers!there are a lot of them!

I have a very good experience with OrbisFX. My personal trainer gives me great information every time. He manages to handle everything I asked him, trading wise, even though I don't have much trading experience. He is knowledgeable about the trading market and is very professional. My personal trainer is very patient with me and gives me very useful pointers when needed. The support team is very responsive. I recommend and trust their services.
