I paid him for goods and parts for a printer and noting arived for 2 years now ...he is a big sceamer ...layer bed gay ...

I ordered 2kg filament for 3d printer, but saw a error during the payment. After that I contacted support, and he told me the payment went through, but the plastic I ordered was out of stock and offered me another one. After some deliberation, I replied that I needed the one I ordered and asked for a refund, after that seller simply start ignor me. Three months later, I got my money back through my bank chargeback. Just scam.

The payment platform not working for years. After you buy you instantly receive a payment error. Take days to get response to verify the payment.

The owner does not answer to phone calls or emails, only whatsapp after calling several times, giving short excuses to delay the request. "I'm checking it"," I'll tell you later", "Arrives tomorrow".

He does not respond to refund requests on email, and sends the items even if you ask him to refund it, with no tracking information. The order does not get updated in the website.

Still can't tell between scam or simple incompetence.

Accepted money then just cut all contact, wont reply, has not sent goods, wont refund.

I used to order from this site without issues, but my most recent purchase has been a complete nightmare. Parts have not been sent, and Hugo, who runs the operation, keeps making one excuse after another. Now he’s gone totally silent and ignores all my messages.

I placed my order at the start of the year and have received absolutely nothing. Initially, Hugo promised multiple times that it would be shipped, but after countless delays, he just stopped replying. I really needed these parts, and it’s clear I’m not going to get them. This is a scam.

Save yourself the frustration and loss. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Similar experience to many others. Ordered in January, now end-May and nothing has arrived. Emails go unanswered, though oddly the chatline on the site elicits a response. I have been promised the item but each time nothing arrives.
This is either a simple fraud with positive reviews left here by the perpetrator, or the online shop owner is totally incompetent.

Hugo is a simple scammer, I didn't check trustpilot before buying on his website but since 2 months it's just "I'll send it next week because it's bank holiday" or " we are still waiting to prepare it".
I can provide screens of the conversation but idk how to post pictures.

Hugo is a piece of work.

I ordered 3 rolls of PLA 7 months ago. Fairly straightforward. Just find 3 rolls, if they don't quite match, no big deal in my books, it's PLA, give me a good quality product, maybe a notification if you need to substitute, or you can refund me, no big deal, whatever is easiest.

Two months ago, I realize I haven't received the product. Guess they lost it and I forgot, I'l send an email. No reply. Same thing two weeks later.

Then I use the chat feature and start getting replies:
- "I'll take care of it"
- "Issues with the shipping label"
- "I'm out of office"

Mind you I had to go back to his website every week to get these updates.

Then I find the phone number. Works the first time, no doesn't reply anymore.

I've seen screenshots of him saying the bank has issues for the refund, client gets no refund. I've seen many instances of him not shipping out items. Avoid his store at any cost. A lesson learned to check trustpilot. At least I can (just barely) still chargeback.

tl;dr: Hugo is a fraud. Skip this webshop.

Hugo didn't respond at first, except if I implied that I wanted to order more.
After 1.5 weeks I demanded a refund and a cancellation as he didn't respond to anything. He called me up and was completely gaslighting me about the order.
He said he already sent the order so a refund was not possible, I asked for a tracking number for confirmation. He then sent me a tracking number, which was creating during our phone call (according to the timestamp). I pressed him on this and he denied at first, but later confirmed it.
During our conversation he said he is having a hard time with all the orders etc, but I think he's just a scammer. Now, more than 1.5 months later, he still didn't give me my money back as we agreed upon.
I'm glad that I also contacted my bank through the frauddesk, so I will at least get my money back.

Advice:
DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Don't expect fast shipments, you get lots of excuses but at the end you get wat you ordered and with support required like updated firmware!

Doesn't ship orders. The company is a fraud

I ordered a Prusa HotEnd a month ago, never arrived.
I chatted with Hugo (probably a fictitious name). He would sometimes reply and apologize for the inconvenience and delay in shipping, but nothing has been shipped so far. Hugo is now not responding to my request and the money is not refunded.

finally the item has arrived.
It is exactly as described on the website. Not exactly identical to my original prusa hotend (a bit shorter) but by adding a piece of another heatbreaker, which I received as a gift, I got a good result.
Too bad the wait times are too long.

Site accept order and payment, mark order as failed, then contacting us at the first time you may have someone that confort your. No response then, and never send product or refund. Contacting my bank help me get a partial refund. Don't trust this site at all.

I placed an order with this company in early June 2022, It has now been over 2 months and I have not received my order or any update on the status of the order, the website still showed the order status as "accepted payment".

During the past 2 months I have sent multiple messages to the company requesting an update on the order and I eventually asked to cancel the order and get a refund. I have not received any response or refund from the company.

Fortunately I was able to get a refund from my bank after lodging a transaction dispute.

Never received my order from Dec.18th 2021. Despite promises from 'Hugo' of shipment, tracking numbers (never received), explaining of delays. Etc.
This is a complete scam. Tried to call. Have his Phone number. He never responded etc. and eventually turned off his mobile.
STAY AWAY or you will loose your money.
I repeatedly asked him to refund. If he doesn't refund - I'm going to sue him.

Great products. Even though there was a delay in delivery I got an apology and this makes me to rate this store 5 stars for the humbleness.

Ordered a heat bed, payment was accepted. Since then, no communication and after two months, still no heatbed. Bunch of frauds, don't buy here!
