Burned & Blistered Skin
The Reno, NV location that used to be Ideal Image was recently bought out by OrangeTwist. Before my last treatment in my package, I was required to complete new paperwork with a list of medications and medical history as well as a telehealth appointment with a provider. They burned my skin to the point it blistered after a week and caused skin pigmentation issues. When I reached out to them they stated that it was caused by one of the medications I’m taking. Shouldn’t that have been the providers job to disclose the potential risks? Turns out it’s in my chart but was not discussed with me at all. They’ve taken no responsibility and the first nurse practitioner I discussed it with actually tried to make it sound like it was my fault. Apparently they think that providing a complimentary lightening prescription cream is suffice. I will never go back and can’t believe this is how your business operates.
