As part of our process, every booking must receive a confirmation, and if not, a message on the screen advises customers to contact the office directly. Unfortunately, it seems this step was missed.
Upon noticing the issue, our office promptly attempted to arrange a taxi for you within 5 minutes, but you declined the offer. Regarding the refund, it was processed on the same day, and the funds were returned to your account the day after.
