The offer was good but the delivery was late,…

The offer was good but I got a immediate reaction back that there would be a delay in the delivery. I can't surpris my wife on Mothers Day because of this.That's dissapointing.

Placing an order online

First I tried to make my online purchase on your website, using my notebook. It didn’t function well; the order delivery cost submenu got stuck.

Afterwards I went to a physical store to compare prices and returned home and used my mobile phone to complete my purchase.

I personally prefer using my laptop for purchases due to my eyesight.

Maybe your technical service department can run a check on computer based purchases services. Thank you.

Quick and easy ordering!

Quick and easy ordering! I received my new IO 10 toothbrush, but I'm a little disappointed! I'm sure that when I placed the order there was a promotion for these brushes or above a certain amount that you would get free brush heads! But I don't have any gift!! I'm disappointed!

I love oral-b and my new io 9 electric…

I love oral-b and my new io 9 electric toothbrush.
I used to have Oral B Genius 2000 but it broke.
The new brush meets my requirements and expectations and I really like it, and the pink color too.

Very unpractical website and not…

Very unpractical website and not customer friendly to order. Was redirected multiple times, fill in fields make no sense. Took me multiple times to get my order finalized.
