Great toothbrush and very impressed
OMG, I have been using an electric toothbrush for years and never really thought of how much it could improve. So I took the plunge and upgraded to the IO5 brush, and so glad I did!
My teeth feel so much cleaner, and I can use the app to ensure that I am brushing my teeth correctly and with right amount of pressure and time. Would highly recommend upgrading if you already have 1 or buying 1 if you don't use an electric toothbrush, as well worth the money.

The product itself is good and seems to work well. One star taken off because it didn't come with an adaptor for a regular 3 pin plug socket

Excellent upgrade from my old brush.
The io3 is a new upgrade from my old Braun ultra 3D toothbrush. The io3 is far superior in comparison. I would recommend to anyone considering a new electric brush.

Ordering was easy and it arrived the next day. My dentist gave me a QR code which gave me a substantial discount. The toothbrush itself is fantastic. It’s my first electric toothbrush and my teeth feel so much cleaner. I really like the use of coloured lighting to encourage optimum cleaning.

Bought an IO4 brush in January 2026-…
Bought an IO4 brush in January 2026- it’s a shared toothbrush and my husband and I have our own heads to brush. It doesn’t hold a charge for even 2 days when away and off charge- so disappointing. Went on to oral b site, I can send in for repair but I then need to buy toothbrushes until it’s returned- not happy at all.
