The delivery was really quick and I was pleased to get some freebies. My new toothbrush (iO6) is really great....I had been using an oralB electric for a while but hadn't realised how old and how worn out it was. my dentist recommended a change and its a brilliant clean.

Although I am very happy with the toothbrush, the problem arose when I needed to charge it. The charger has a 2 pin plug which does not fit into a standard 2 pin to 3 pin adaptor. It appears the 2 pins are too close together. I would appreciate if you could replace the charger as currently I can't charge my toothbrush

Fabulous toothbrush I can see a vast improvement already to my gums and teeth-easy to use and set up.

The packaging leaves a little to be desired! The Oral-B pack of 4 iO brush heads would have fitted neatly through the letterbox, but not in the enormous cardboard envelope it was sent in. This required the postman to ring and wait.

My experience was so good, so efficient and very quick delivery. I would use them again and recommend to my friends .

Simple ordering and delivery

My tooth brush arrived the next day, I expected to have to wait a few days.

Delivery came Saturday when I ordered Thursday night.

I cannot fault cleaning this does. However; it seems stuck on a 5 minute clean. It is too long - it actually hurts my gums. I’ve tried factory reset, changing it manually - it shows as a 2 minute regime but when I use it, it lasts 5 minutes. The battery drains very quickly - almost 30% after one use. If these things could be fixed I would give it a 5.

I did find it very difficult at first trying to find out what toothbrush head was best for my situation. I have very sensitive teeth and gums so I wanted a toothbrush head to be able use. I also wanted a mouthwash but Oral-B doesn’t produce them. After locating the brushes I placed the order, together with an order for toothpicks which was very straightforward and easy. However the delivery took over 4 days and arrived in two packages 1 package first and the second one day later. Why wasn’t it put into the same package saving waste and money? I suggest that a diagram to be shown on the order page. A much easier way to select the correct brush. The quality of the product is perfect and works really well. Hence the 5 stars. Excellent product but the final delivery was a letdown.
