First class service
My agent Rebecca continued to try and help me although I often didn't respond to messages. She went the extra mile in getting me the best cover and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. She was very patient and helpful.

In this day and age it is always a challenge to actually trust someone or a company with looking after your needs. Can’t recommend this company enough, as they listened and understood what I needed from an insurance company. No bigger recommendation, than I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I contacted a number of brokers - quite a tiresome task as I had to go through the same lengthy but necessary series of questions with all of them. Inevitably I received similar quotes but I opted for Oracle because of the service I got from Alex Moyes. Whereas a competitor broker seemed pushy and assumed he had the business, Alex was patient and courteous, signposting what was required throughout our discussion and ensuring that (a) he recommended an appropriate plan based on my needs and ability to pay, and (b) that I understood exactly how the product met my requirements. In summary, I am very happy to recommend Oracle Protection and in particular Alex Moyes
