⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this company!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ora Organics.

I placed an order for their Castor Oil Pack Kit on September 16th, and almost a month later, I STILL haven’t received my product.

I contacted their customer service multiple times, only to receive vague responses, empty promises, and absolutely no resolution.

On September 25th, I was told there was a slight delay. I then asked about cancelling my order, but instead of resolving the situation, they assured me that my package would arrive within 2–3 days.

Of course, that never happened.

On September 30th, after still receiving nothing, I explicitly requested a refund. Instead of properly addressing my request, they continued telling me to wait and repeating the same excuses.

It is now October 14th, and I still have no product.

What makes this experience particularly frustrating isn’t just the delay — it’s the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and meaningful customer support.

Taking a customer’s money is easy. Providing the product they’ve paid for and taking responsibility when something goes wrong apparently isn’t.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. My experience has been nothing but frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time.

One star is more than this experience deserves.

This place authorized an order without my permission. And is refusing to refund me. The order hasn't even left their facility. There is no cancel order option. I told them to get their items back especially since I did not authorize it and they are refusing. Do not support this fraudulent company!!!!

The product is great. I get the plant based protein powder. Tastes good, but the powder gets everywhere. I have some parameters around what I want from my protein that I overlook that. That said, this company has chosen to use the carrier OnTrac, which is notoriously horrible and unreliable. Despite carriers like OnTrac and these other off brand ones like speedx that have come out of nowhere having HORRIBLE reputations online, companies who choose to use them show that they don't care about their customers, only cutting costs. Save yourself the frustration and just get regular protein at the grocery store.
