Ordered 2 pair of the same shoe in…

Ordered 2 pair of the same shoe in different sizes. They cancelled one pair without explanation. The pair they sent me had some imperfections, which sucks for a nearly 250 euro's pair of shoes. At least check the product before sending it. It took aeons to arrive, I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

Disappointing experience – no response at all

I ordered a item through their online shop, but the item I received was clearly a different color than the one shown on the website. I contacted customer support with a polite request for a prepaid return label, since the product was not as advertised.

After receiving no response, I followed up with a second email – again, no reply.

It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored completely, especially when the mistake was clearly on the seller’s side. I expected better service and accountability.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Ordered the trainers and they still have not arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery date. Sent an email to customer services and still no response regarding a refund. No trainers and no money back!!
