ordered something in sale on last day, next day new better sale and my product 11 euro's cheaper. Send email for solution, no reaction. Send a dm via Insta, very friendly collegue but she did not get approval to give me a discountcode from her boss. Because i didn't buy my product in the sale :-I

Very fast delivery. The shoes of one pair arrived in different quality. Customer service responded very quickly and resolved my issue immediately. Great!

Orders canceled after week no one pick up the phone same for email

Ordered a hoodie, received it damaged. Reached out to customer support about the issue, it's been a week and still no answer. So I had to return it, pay shipping fees for it.

I’ve placed an order with 4 items and with the confirmation email I get the information that one of them wasn’t available anymore and they refund me the money. So far, so good. When I get the package I noticed that one of the items was wrong, didn’t match with the one that I ordered. I’ve reached the costumers service by email. It took a while to get an answer but they replied and handled the situation immediately, sending me the correct item and a return tag so return the wrong one. Everything get right.

My sneaker box was completely damaged inside the package. I asked their customer service for a return label multiple times and they didn't even bother to reply to my request. Very unprofessional customer assistance from their side.

Update : Order canceled without explanation and the jacket ordered and still available on the site. Refund made. I'm leaving one star anyway because it's scandalous to charge for an item on the Oqium site when it doesn't exist in their warehouse. If you claim to be professionals, behave like one, otherwise, sell sandwiches.

Never trust Oqium, despite the seriousness of the site it is only an appearance, order placed on June 16, 2024, no email was sent to me to confirm the order, then, 4 reminders to customer service to find out when the order will be honored, no response from it, I opened a dispute on Paypal to recover my money. In short, online sales site to be blacklisted, non-serious brand and to be avoided if you don't want to be defrauded. Prefer serious sites like Caliroots, BSTN, or even SVD.

Vertrouw nooit op Oqium, ondanks de ernst van de site is het slechts schijn, bestelling geplaatst op 16 juni 2024, er is geen e-mail naar mij gestuurd om de bestelling te bevestigen, daarna 4 herinneringen aan de klantenservice om erachter te komen wanneer de bestelling zal zijn vereerd, geen reactie van, ik opende een geschil op Paypal om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Kortom, online verkoopsite om op de zwarte lijst te zetten, niet serieus merk en te vermijden als je niet opgelicht wilt worden. Geef de voorkeur aan serieuze sites zoals Caliroots, BSTN of zelfs SVD.

I wasn’t good at all I requested for size 8 you send me fourteen now am asking you how can I don the return cause I need to return it now answer or return sticker send to me yet.

Bought Jordan spizike yellow trainers from here they arrived . The only things I didn’t like was the automated messages you get as a reply from them and the length of time for delivery however they were coming from Netherlands. But for the price of the trainers 10/10
