This business is genuinely just pure trash, i ordered from them over 3 months ago and my order has been said to be dispatched for over a month. Customer service is even more pathetic they cant even provide a decent service by having the human decency to even respond to you. They ship from china… I think that says enough since they obviously buy the products for cheap and then over price them. its basically a whole drop shipping scam. Defective Bracelet Received – Broken Clasp
I am writing regarding the Nail bracelet(fine) 18 Karat Gold, I recently ordered from this company and received. Unfortunately, the bracelet arrived with a broken clasp.
I contacted the representatives immediately after receiving it, and I was asked to provide photos and a video of the issue, which I did. However, I was not given the option to return the item, even though it was clearly defective upon arrival.
I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the way this situation has been handled. Because of this experience, I will not be recommending your company to my friends or acquaintances.

Late delivery at Xmas and not customer service
On 8th December, we ordered some jewelry for our daughter's Xmas present . The site said delivery would take 4-8 working days leaving plenty of time to receive this for Xmas. However, nothing arrived till 29 December so after Xmas. Wee contacted them on 22 December about this but got no reply. Our daughter had chosen the jewelry so was most upset when it was not there for Xmas. Finally heard back from them on the day goods were delivered stating it package had arrived but ignoring that it was late. I wrote to their customer service about this and have never heard back from anyone. So all is all, they did not hold on the delivery promise meaning our daughter did not have one of her main Xmas presents and their client service department just ignore emails!! Unprofessional, unreliable and poor service. The jewelry was fine but all else was substandard.

I purchased a bracelet before Christmas and it is the wrong size. I have emailed 5 times to exchange and they have not responded. There is no paperwork with the order, no returns label. No refunds or returns - Low quality - avoid and save your money!
This company is definitely sketchy. Ordered 5 items and wanted to return 3 of them. The items were not good quality and even the items I have kept have already tarnished after a couple months, with the ring tarnishing immediately. I contacted them to start a return since they do not include return address and no company address online. They were not responding so I emailed again. They emailed me and said that today is the 14th day to return and so we cannot process the return. The policy they quoted is incorrect and not in compliance with UK law. The law is 14 day period to notify the company to return and then a further 14 days to return the item. They then ignored my next emails. Luckily I paid via credit card and Amex also confirmed that they were not following the law and refunded me. This has also happened to a couple people I know. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on these items as they’re so cheap and not tarnish free like advertised. Terrible customer services and it’s not short from a scam. Definitely avoid and report this company!
