Bad case quality, bad support, bad return policy
I didn't receive the 10% discount for registration on my order, i.e. it never arrived. Support said they would give it to me with the next purchase with proof attached.
When the case arrived, I was shocked by the cheap plastic material.
They don't offer free returns, unless there is severe damage, for which they ask for pictures, videos, etc. Of course, if you don't like something or it doesn't match what you were hoping for, they don't offer returns. The company is in Lithuania and returning it costs you almost as much as the case.
Support was rude when I contacted them and explained why the quality was poor.
When you select a model and case from the menu, they don't just offer you a case for that model, but also for others within that series of phones, for example, you select the iPhone Air (which is marked as 17 Air) and click on the case you like, it shows you the first phone in the series (iPhone 17), with such a menu you can accidentally order the wrong case.
The estimated delivery time is not true, at least not for the region of Croatia and further south.

Discount: We're sorry the registration discount didn't apply automatically. Our support team offered to honor it on your next order, which is the standard process when a code isn't applied at checkout. We acknowledge this isn't ideal and are looking at ways to make this smoother.
Return policy: We do not offer free returns for preference-based reasons, and we're transparent about this. What we do offer is a full refund with no return required if there's a quality issue, and all we ask for is a photo. We never received one from you, despite requesting it. That offer still stands.
Quality: Our cases are made from premium polycarbonate, which is a deliberate material choice. We understand it may not match everyone's expectations, but we'd still invite you to send us photos so we can assess whether there was an actual defect.
Support: We take this seriously. Rude communication is never acceptable on our end, and we'll look into the interaction. That said, we do ask customers to provide evidence of quality issues before issuing refunds, which is a reasonable and standard practice.
Phone model selector: This is valid feedback, and we're actively working on making the menu clearer to avoid any confusion between models in the same series.
Delivery: Estimated times can vary by region, and we're sorry it took longer than expected to Croatia.

OK, but nothing special
Shopping and shipping was excellent. The print quality on the cover is fine, looks good. Anyway it does not fit so well and feels like cheap hard plastic. Slippery on hand. One corner is loose. I also have one bulk 5€ case which fits better and better grip. So this feels a bit overpriced.

Great support team and good product
I had a few issues and doubts while making my purchase and receiving it so i had to contact support a couple times. They were extremely helpful and responded quickly. I did end up receiving my case which was a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. He drops his phone a lot and so far it’s held up really well. Will definitely be ordering one for myself next time.

Beautiful and functional phone case
The iPhone case was beautiful and so functional. Not hiding the buttons is common sense but so many cases , even Apple’s , put a slight cover over buttons making more difficult to press.
Your customer service rivals Apple’s. And that is superior plus! I was confused on shipping message and you clearly explained in a very very short time!

Very cheap case
Really this is a made in china pladtic cheap case and they print something on it to justify its high price. The print was also done poorly.

Found this website through a Reddit post. Usually I am very reluctant to try brands that don’t have a lot of exposure but the price was good so decided to give it a try. The phone case I got is lovely, the design is crisp and bright. The order was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. I have no complaints at all. I would order from them again next time I need a case.

The case design is beautiful but…
The case design is beautiful but I am disappointed that apple has the magsafe options and samsung doesn't even though its capable, i still decided to order knowing this and use an adapter unfortunately my 2 star review is due to how scratched up the case is already in 2 weeks of use

Regarding MagSafe, it is an Apple standard, and until Samsung fully implements and defines the Qi2 standard, we cannot add built-in MagSafe magnets. It could interfere with certain internal components like the S Pen and others, as Samsung devices are not currently designed for full MagSafe compatibility.

I love their designs
I love their designs, they’re so pretty and unique. I love that a tree is planted for every purchase too! For the product itself, the quality could be better, it’s not that it’s bad or anything but you can see the plastic is a bit on the cheaper side. Also there is no lining inside, which would’ve been nice. But as i said, the designs are so cute and if the plastic doesn’t chip or break easily then i would definitely recommend. Besides you’d be planting a tree 🫶🏼

I realized after seeing their reply that i forgot to mention three things:
1. My comment was for the snap case, can’t speak for other models.
2. I loved their designs AND the quality of the print, just the material quality could be better.
3. I really appreciate the free shipping, that’s always so nice to have.
