Avoid! Suspect either scam or they've overstretched themselves and are hiding because they can't fulfil their sales promises.
First red flag was no info on website about backorder/delay, and being informed in confirmation email that there's a 2-4 week wait. Second red flag: given a delivery date (31 Oct), then delivery cancelled on 30 Oct, claiming customs issues.
Biggest red flag of all: I sent 7 emails between 31 Oct and 9 Nov requesting cancellation of order and refund, NO REPLY from company at all.
Thankfully I paid by Visa debit card and my bank accepted it as a disputed payment and refunded me the full amount via chargeback.
Bought a Cold Pod instead, delivered promptly, great quality - give them your hard earned cash instead!

SCAM ! Do not order from this company. We ordered this months ago and just keep getting emails telling us there is a delay. I've emailed to cancel the order 3 times now and got no response.

EDIT - The owner Sam Lipscombe has now become a director of Eden Saunas. I have left a Trust Pilot review detailing his involvement with Opti Therapy warning people of his previous dealings - suggest others do the same regarding their experience ??

Wish I had read the reviews before buying...It's all been said already! Bought and still waiting 2 months later. Offering me a bigger size to apologise for the wait, but I don't want a bigger one! I have also asked for a refund but have yet to see any money!!
Do not buy this product...

I have given 1 star but that’s for their ability to take my money, they get nothing for customer service or their imaginary products. No actual response to my emails, delivery date has come and gone. Seriously don’t waste your money. There are other companies offering a similar product so choose them.

I ordered on the 30th August and still no product. Have had emails giving me numerous different delivery dates but nothing has arrived. Those dates have been and gone and customer service have now stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely shocking service.
Be warned and avoid. Do not waste your money.

Website misleading - received an email after purchase saying - as per our website the item you have ordered is on pre order - this was NOT clear on the website but in a drop down menu about delivery times. I’ve emailed them 3 times in 2 weeks and no response. Have now bought an ice bath from another company and will be trying to get the bank to help me get a refund- they look so good on instagram but think they are a scam or just not ready to be taking orders if they cannot deliver a basic service. Went for them on look and because they were a smaller company- have had to order from the big guys.

Shockingly bad service.

Absolute shocking company. Still waiting after 9 weeks have asked daily for a refund but am always ignored. I have a feeling we have all been scammed. Don’t buy from these absolute cowboys, take your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Communication and Customer service not at any acceptable level. Have spoken to Bank today to raise section 75 claim. Very easy to do and have never had one refused. To Opti Therapy..... Communication is key to any business, you lose on this front, you've lost my business and what it appears much more on Trust Pilot. Advise to readers.... Use another supplier

I've been waiting 6 weeks and i've heard nothing from them. They are with holding my money and I've emailed so many times asking for a refund!

Still haven’t recieved order two months down the line and still haven’t a got a refund despite asking repeatedly now

!DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! Paid for 'wood design ice bath' in full Sept 2023 and still awaiting delivery that was promised end of Oct '23. SEVERAL emails chasing for full refund & IG messages all ignored or replied with stock 'we will get back to you in 'regular business hours' (they never do).

Another dissatisfied customer waiting on an order placed 6weeks ago, despite being told it was 2wk delivery time. No communication. No response to negative reviews. Asking for a refund to spend my hard earned money on a more reputable and decent company but expect I’ve fallen foul of a scam. Cannot verify any of the ‘positive’ customer reviews…all smoke and mirrors :(

I ordered my ice bath on the 17th of September, the site at the time clearly stated "in stock"
A few days after ordering I received an email stating due to high demand of this product there is a ten day wait. A few days later another email tells me that was wrong and it will be 2-4 weeks wait.
I wait until the end of October and ask for a refund, they offer an upgrade and tell me there is only a 2 week wait.
I agree and wait the two weeks then get another email saying the product is nearly with me, before yet another email stating it's stuck in customs and could have yet another 3 week wait.
I have never dealt with such a disorganised company with shocking customer service before.
Don't advertise your product until you actually have the stock. It's as if you are a drop shipping company taking orders then ordering it from China.

Shame as the product looks good,
I've now asked for a refund with no reply as have ordered and received a different ice bath from lumi therapy.

I ordered an ice bath 3 month ago it’s still not come they are now ignoring my emails and there is no telephone number too calm I’m going too contact my bank and flag it up as a fraud transaction

Does anyone have a phone number for these guys. Or do they have an office/premises I can go to to sort them out.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Ordered at beginning of September and still waiting now in November! Customer Service is appalling don't reply to emails. Avoid ordering from this company there are plenty more offering this product.

Stay well clear from these back alley Cowboys, I honestly don’t know how these people are allowed a platform to trade. They will take your money and then you have to wait God knows how long for your product(if it ever comes). The only good thing I would say is that they refunded me on time.

I like the product but as can be seen from other reviews this company urgently need to work on their fulfilment. The delays are unacceptable. It’s not a scam as I have my plunge pod but Optitherapy are likely to fall victim to their competitors if they don’t up their game.

I waited ages for the product, finally arrived after weeks of chasing. Missing the all weather cover, the water cleaner and thermometer. Now they have stopped replying to my emails! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
